“What a great branch! Everyone I encounter here in Thousand Oaks is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Especially during these uncertain times, they take everyone's safety as a top priority! I've never had an issue when visiting this branch, and if I ever did, I'm confident they'd do their very best to assist me. Perfect example! I needed a transaction done, it was Friday and I was running late. I was heading out of town for the weekend and it needed to be done that evening!! I called ahead and asked if they could help me, I arrived 5 TILL 6 and they made it happen! NOW, I'm not saying go in 5 till to do your banking haha, but just one of MANY examples of their exceptional customer service. “I am almost 60 but have only used 2 banks in my life, Bank of America and Chase. Recently I was shopping around for a home equity loan for a kitchen remodel. I found that US Bank had the best rates so I set an appointment. Too my surprise the branch was located inside of a Vons grocery store. The bank was super busy so my expectations were pretty low. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait and was moved to a private office. Brandon McGowan helped us and blew me away with his efficiency and friendliness. I was with my wife who had a million questions and Brandon answered them with ease as he navigated through their loan process. Brandon has kept in touch after we completed the loan. Brandon makes us feel like we have a private banker who is looking out for our best interest.”
“This bank has now become the top of the top with the new regime. Wasnt like this years ago. Ive been a customer there over a year and Im hardly a big fish but they treat me like Im the KINGFISH!. Brianna and her crew do back flips to take care of you and quickly. Rarely a line as they keep things moving and have numerous outstanding different banking products. I cant recommend them enough. Not too mention its extremely convenient to also knock off some grocery shopping since they are nestled right inside Albertsons and convenient ATM machine as well.”

“Kudos to Chase Bank branch on Reino Road! I recently had a series of very positive interactions with Matthew Martinez and the other branch staff at Chase Bank in the Albertson's parking lot on Reino & Kimber in Newbury Park. I had a particular issue that I needed help with, and the following occurred: * I was welcomed to the branch when I entered. * After explaining what I needed, I was taken to the office of a branch executive - no waiting. * We sat across the desk from one another - no Lexan barrier - and after I explained what I needed, it took just a few minutes for Matthew to accomplish it. This required a couple of phone calls, again accomplished immediately, to the right people the first time. * A few days later, I got a call from the branch manager asking if everything had worked out. Yes! * Just this afternoon, I got another call from Matthew to make sure that all issues had successfully resolved, and that I was now able to do what I had needed to do. Yes! Although the non-profit I was associated with had an account there, it was closed about a year ago. I don't have any other accounts there, but this certainly encourages me to consider doing so.”

“I want to highlight the EXCELLENT customer service Associate Banker Estefany provided me today. While I was there to deposit some checks, I thought I'd ask her if there was any way I could be reimbursed for some service fees my account accrued while I was on state disability during COVID. I explained that the state didn't provide the option of direct depositing the checks, thus I got hit with service fees. I had tried to have the fees reversed at other Chase locations with varying results, and finally just gave up fighting... Not only did Estefany herself try to reverse all of my remaining fees, but when she was blocked from doing it herself, she went the extra mile by making a 10 minute phone call that eventually entirely resolved the issue. Estefany--It may have just seemed like a small gesture, but I mean it when I say I am truly grateful for your help today!!!!! Thank you so much”

“I have been with this bank and branch or decades through 3 takeovers. The staff there did not change for the most part which shows a loyalty to employees. Some original people are still there. I am not sure about some of the negative reviews. Any person can personally have a bad day, workloads can be heavy with people out sick or working while not feeling well. Some people don't seem to like anybody. Whatever the case, I have experienced that every person working there is genuinely very kind and helpful. I do not experience any longs lines when I visit. Candy is a go to person there who sincerely has your best interests at heart and has never failed to help me with any complication that did arise. I feel fortunate to have had her on the customer's side constantly. All banks have the same irritating rules, procedures and miserable underwriting groups to deal with. At least at this one the people there do care and will really do anything in their power to make you happy and meet your needs. It is a very nice feeling to go where you are genuinely liked.”
