We have been protected by our bank from several hacking attempts, and we regularly use the credit card rewards, which offer generous reimbursements.
Our last visit to the local branch was especially surprising and pleasant when our child received a stuffed robot, the symbol of the bank. The lollipops and treats are hard to resist! We also love how our local branch donates to public schools and actively participates in the community to offer support. “Just want to share that Josh was a rockstar and helped my business partner and I sort out a cashier's check that was having us kicked back and forth by the customer service back office until Josh gave us his time to help us sort out the issue. I remember having to deal with a cashier's check record before and I gave up because it felt like one side was blaming the other side, etc. Josh and the team at the Chase office this past Friday surpassed my expectations and went above and beyond to help us to get the coveted record we were looking for.”

She took her time to do everything correctly, answered all of my questions, and worked in a time efficient manner. She is a great asset to Bank of America.”
“I rarely need to go inside to a teller for assistance. On the few times that I needed help, I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. My issues were resolved and my questions always answered. On my recent visit it was a bit more complicated. Maribel was very cheerful, patient and kind. We additionally need the the bank manager assistance who was also very helpful in obtaining international transfer information among other issues. Maribel was also able to reactivate one of my accounts that had closed from inactivity and made sure any additional items needing attention was satisfied. Maribel is a very positive person who genuinely enjoys helping people. The line at the bank can be a bit lengthy but moves fairly quickly. I understand that they are a bit understaffed due to nobody wanting to work under the current governmental conditions. That isn't the bank problem though. It's our leadership problem causing this everywhere. This bank is being run as well as possible. I have been very happy with them over the past many years.”

Tellers like Christopher mirror her positivity and consistently give excellent customer service.”
“Have used these guys for decades, but stopped using for checking decades ago when the fees grew. However, have affected deposit box here for decades and have always had good service when I needed to get to box. Also, the tellers have been great and friendly. Get small company checks from a Wells Fargo in another state and they have always been no issue in cashing in California - I usually remote deposit in Bank of America. They do not put more than next day holds on these routine checks even when for large amounts.”

“I have been with this bank and branch or decades through 3 takeovers. The staff there did not change for the most part which shows a loyalty to employees. Some original people are still there. I am not sure about some of the negative reviews. Any person can personally have a bad day, workloads can be heavy with people out sick or working while not feeling well. Some people don't seem to like anybody. Whatever the case, I have experienced that every person working there is genuinely very kind and helpful. I do not experience any longs lines when I visit. Candy is a go to person there who sincerely has your best interests at heart and has never failed to help me with any complication that did arise. I feel fortunate to have had her on the customer's side constantly. All banks have the same irritating rules, procedures and miserable underwriting groups to deal with. At least at this one the people there do care and will really do anything in their power to make you happy and meet your needs. It is a very nice feeling to go where you are genuinely liked.”
“I have visited this Chase bank branch more than 50 times in the last 5 years, I work nearby, and every time I have been satisfied with the quality of service and their ability to meet my banking needs. Chase add more tellers to the kiosks if they see a line is getting long. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this Chase Bank location and will continue to bank here.”
