Customers praise the helpful teller who is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Another staff is professional, efficient, and resolves problems. The inside ATM gives $1 bills but no $10 or $50, so a cashier is still needed for change. A manager tried to help the long line but did not. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Two ATMs are outside.

I had some complicated banking to do on 08/23/23. I ran across a teller, Julie, who was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can't remember the last time I received such treatment, what an asset she is to your bank. I hope she can get some recognition for her work ethic!

I have been going to this branch for years and I use a few Chase branches regularly but this one is by far the best one! I was just helped by Cory Collins who was professional, efficient, and went out of his way to resolve my problem. I highly recommend him!
