I had numerous issues with past auto service retailers. I finally decided to give Firestone a try based on the recommendation from a friend. The Firestone Complete Auto Care Thousand Oaks location was able to provide me the appropriate tires that I need for my vehicle, corrected the alignment problem, and were able to complete the work in the short time frame that I had. The price was a little more than what I hoped for, but in the end I think it will be worth it and I will not have to return for re-do repairs in the near future like what I was having to do with the other stores!

Thousand Oaks Firestone Auto Care is our go to car repair and maintenance shop. I’ve been going to dealership service centers and Firestone is by far comparable in the service that they provide at a more reasonable pricing.

I’ve been coming here for years and there’s a reason why! Ricardo is the absolute best! He explains everything in detail to me and provides superb customer service. I was bummed he wasn’t there when I stopped by yesterday to pick up a new battery that he quoted me over the phone but Daniel was there and was also excellent! Thanks you guys for always taking great care of me and my vehicles.

Ricardo inspected the tire I had a concern about and confirmed what I suspected - the bubble in the sidewall could cause the tire to blow out and was risky to drive on. He demonstrated concern for my safety and made it a priority to remedy the situation immediately. On a prior visit I purchased the Lifetime Alignment service, and he automatically scheduled an alignment along with tire rotation, saving me another trip. My only "complaint" is that the customer service area seems to be understaffed, with employees trying to wait on customers and work on vehicles simultaneously. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received.

Always good service and the staff is responsive to my needs. Daniel communicated all the issues to me and fixed what needed to be done. Very satisfied. Highly recommend their service.
