“I walked in about 10 minutes before closing time and Diego stayed an extra half hour after closing time to help answer questions and advise me on which supplements would best fit my current goals. The guy is extremely knowledgeable on all the products and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people with their fitness goals. Make sure you come see him next time you come in!”

Lisa was so pleasant and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. People today don’t go out of their way to help people and make them feel like a priority. This store is sometimes out the way for me, but I would drive the extra miles when I’m low on my vitamins just to get the kind of service she provided!!”

“update: Sprouts TO does have issues with being understaffed but they really try to make up for it. When you bring up a concern with the managers like Sergio, who really want to improve and give customer satisfaction. All the employees here go out of their way to check for things in the back, like Luke in dairy and Shannon the manager. The customer service at this Sprouts is outstanding and always improving.”
