“I’m not the kind of guy who is big on writing reviews! I had to make an exception in this case… I met Lisa the last time I was at the Westlake store. Lisa was so pleasant and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. People today don’t go out of their way to help people and make them feel like a priority. This store is sometimes out the way for me, but I would drive the extra miles when I’m low on my vitamins just to get the kind of service she provided!!”

Just made a couple of burgers from the Prime Rib Ground Beef yesterday, added some salt, black pepper, garlic powder and a pinch of basil. Juicy, very tasty, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten!
We also bought two packages of 85/15 grass fed ground beef under the buy 2 get a discount program. Can't wait to try this too.
Bought frozen fruit, as well as some frozen garlic and basil in pop out packaging which allows me to get the effect of fresh spices, in single use doses. Convenient.
Oh, and Kikkoman low sodium Soy Sauce, large bottle for around $4. Can't wait to get back here Again ?.”
“I've been shopping at Vons for over 40 years. It's kind of a love/hate relationship. I become so frustrated when I accept a digital coupon and purchase the item and come home to find out that I did not get the sale price. That happens frequently and it ticks me off. Also, Vons is absolutely one of the most expensive grocery stores you can shop at besides than Gelson's. I oftentimes grab items off their shelf that are clearly marked at a certain price, yet I get home and look at the receipt and no such price there. I don't know if it's a game or an honest mistake, I just don't know. What I do like is the store is big and it's bright and their cashiers are somewhat friendly and the people at the deli counter are friendly and try to be fast. Other than that, their meat counter in the back of the store is staffed by very helpful people, very kind, and I rarely ever have a bad experience in the store other than paying absurdly exorbitant prices for the same items sold in other stores for much less, or not receiving the coupon price on dozens and dozens of items over the years.”

“Great place to shop lots of parking. Well Stock shelves, very friendly employees. I was not able to find one of the things on sale and that the register when asked if I found everything I was looking for I said no. I showed them the ad and the girl is our register called someone and it was there with in a couple of minutes. Actually it was cupcakes that were some of the best I've tasted in a while. The cake was nice and fluffy and the icing wasn't too sweet. Ribeye steaks we're also on sale. We ask the butcher to cut his thumb a little thicker than what was outside. And he cut us some beautiful meat.This is a great food store to shop with. There is everything you could need.”
“Busy Saturday! Lots of shoppers and we still got through the line in less than 10 minutes. They had a gang of cashiers working! It really made everything go smooth. Some grocery stores do NOT keep enough people stocked and rely to heavily on self checkout, but not these guys. The store was stocked up well and to get that shopping trip for those prices is great!”

“I like this Ralph's. Yes, it's just a Ralph's - but it's spacious, well-stocked, and clean.
It's probably in the running for best Ralph's in the immediate area. The produce is nice, the deli is ample, I've never felt it's overcrowded.
There have been a few times as well I've noticed the floral section, while small, has some truly excellent arrangements. I just feel like there's an attention to detail throughout the store that is not a guarantee at a grocery chain.”
