“What can I say? Bottom line, after staying for years at this Towne Place Marriott for years as a business traveler, I have to write a review because the place is just too incredible in every way. From the clean comfortable rooms to the even better part, the staff. Yes, Rateeb and his staff are simply the best. Traveling and staying in Hotels gets to be insane after a while but ‘coming home’ to this Towne Place brings peace to this constant traveler. Love it. And thank you Rateeb and crew.”

“We had booked this hotel for our wedding block and the service and hospitality was above and beyond what we could have hoped for! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their rooms, and the hotel even had a glam room that my bridesmaids and I used for the morning of to get our hair and makeup done, which was so great for us and our hair and makeup artist to use. I could not recommend this hotel enough!”

“I recently was at this hotel for an event in their ballroom. I accidently left my backpack that had a ton of items of significant value (both personally and financially). I didn't realize that I left the backpack there until I returned my rental car at LAX and noticed that it wasn't in the backseat.

I called the hotel - they had stored it safely for me and offered to have it shipped back to me. The team was incredibly wonderful and communicative. When my backpack arrived home today I almost cried tears of joy.

Their team was so responsive and helpful, even in my panicked state. Can't comment on the rooms, but it's a great place to host an event and top tier customer service!”

“Stayed here on 8/7 and the room, parking and breakfast were quite nice. Bridget was the utmost professional customer service representative and so kind and pleasant. The room and facilities were clean and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and scrumptious.
A great place to stay when in the area.

Previous visit
I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Thousand Oaks and checked in early. Annie was so kind and professional and allowed my early check-in. The room was clean and cozy and the breakfast is included in the cost. The location is very convenient in Thousand Oaks directly off of the 101 frwy at Ventu Parkway.
A nice place to stay and many stores, restaurants and gas stations near by.

“I stayed here on 28 Dec 2025 on way to San Francisco, Excellent stay at La Quinta Thousand Oaks. The room felt brand new or newly renovated, with a modern look and very clean interiors. The washroom was completely new and well maintained, giving a premium feel. Overall, the room quality was comparable to a 4-star hotel. Very comfortable stay and great value for money. Would definitely recommend”

“Rates are good but staff is excellent!!! There is an added bonus of a (surprise) doggy play area in the back! The area is filled with good food options all in walking distance and the area is so safe I feel comfortable wildlife watching without worrying about needing to paying too much attention to my surroundings.

(Added “Great Views” because of the amazing wildlife you can see here! There are 2 males trying to court a female red-tailed hawk…all above the motel and on the trees here!)”
