“I came back here to get my cotton banana republic dress cleaned and pressed for an event AND added my most sentimental, precious cashmere turtleneck sweater that requires dry clean only and had a few moth holes in it. They sewed up the holes and made my sweater look like new and the dress is perfect. The price was reasonable (receipt in picture) and I'm so so pleased. I wasn't in a rush for pick up so it was ready in a week. They get a lot of business so I'm glad they didn't rush and made sure it came out perfectly. Highly recommend and it's my go to place. They also have the best candy at the counter.”

“My elderly uncle lives here in Thousand Oaks and I have been coming once to twice a week to do all his laundry.I really like it here. The machines are reliable, and there is almost always someone on site at all times to help you if a machine isn't working. Not always, but mostly. The mostly Latino clientele is awesome too: no one talks to me, which I like, ha ha! (Maybe they think I don't speak Spanish because I am white? I do, and no one has talked smack about me so everyone is nice and they leave me alone!)They have three quarter machines on site which are always working, and I really love those rolling baskets that they provide. They also have snack machines and soda machines that you can pay for it with your phone.Being right next to a donut shop doesn't hurt either.It is as clean as it can be for an older place. It ain't spotless in the sense that there are older floor, tiles and older walls so everything is scuffed, but it is clean for how old it clearly is.”
