The staff are not informed about the products they are selling, and some are very rude! Cameron, specifically, is a very impolite person that didn’t know the Apple Watch he was selling me actually had an oxygen sensor and he didn’t even bother to check before selling it to us! Very unprofessional!!

Adam at the Thousand Oaks, CA store on Thousand Oaks Blvd. needs training on customer service!! I've already voiced my concerns with Spectrum over the phone regarding his treatment of me, but if he doesn't know how to deal with customers that might be dissatisfied with the service they are receiving, he shouldn't be in customer service!! With what happened to me today at this location, I'm not surprised the store is shutting down on 26Jan2024 - if I could I would give 0 stars!!

1000 Oaks store has some great employees .Very helpful and polite. Can't say that about the Simi Valley store is the worst. Especially a Female employee named Christina completely rude unhelpful lazy and just plain nasty

Good customer service. I had an old Galaxy Note 10 that sucked! It took too long to transfer all info. We didn't live in the area and were on our way home from Camarillo Outlets Black Friday) to the South Bay area (San Pedro/RPV area). We were stuck there practically all night. ( We been in the area since 6 a.m.) I ended up taking my old phone w/me instead of getting the $100 credit for trade in since it was taking long & store almost closing. Not sure what type of devices you have since other carriers have devices or equipment that can transfer it in a zip! Anyway good customer service & patient sales rep. Thank you! ?

I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra phone, it took a week to deliver it when they said they would deliver it within 48 hours. The phone came to me carved out of the frame, I called to file a report and they want me to settle it with the insurance. Now I have to pay a deductible for a phone that I have not used. They are the biggest thieves.

False advertisement, their timings are till 6Pm and not 8Pm. Nobody stays beyond 6PM.

Big thank you to Matt over at Spectrum for getting us switched over from Verizon. Spectrums system was fully down while we came in which made the process a lot more difficult, but Matt did everything he could to get us out as quick as possible. Even with the system down, he was able to switch us over without us having to come back another day, which we weren't in favor of. Very kind and went out of his way to get the job done. 10/10 stars for Matt!

The worst of the worst! After waiting for about 45 minutes for service, being told that one person after waiting had to go to lunch. The other individual when finally free told me he had to enter notes. FINALLY Trevor became available. Was I irritated, that would be an understatement. When I asked Trevor who the manager was of the store or area I was blatantly lied to saying there was no manager. Trevor went in the back brought me a new router of which when I came home was DEFECTIVE! I went back to the store and sent in my PRIVATE PAID for technician who has nothing to do with Spectrum and was given and additional THREE defective units which my own tech was smart to check each one in the store, until the 5th one which was in a new box and was what looked like new, finally worked. Trevor attitude will not go without notice. I have since contacted John Higgens Jr. who is the VP of Charter Communications the parent company of Spectrum, as well as Cliff Hagan who is the Customer Operations Vice President. The local manager of the area is Arianna Valdez who I have contacted. If Spectrum wants to be self service company I will have to look elsewhere for service. I have been a loyal customer for close to 44 years, when in my area they were called Group W Cable, which went through several owners until winding up being owned by Charter. A customer with my loyalty and longevity should have some expectations of service. My initial call to tech support took me from have one of several TV's in my home not working. By the time we finished with tech support I had from one TV not working to all my TV's and much more importantly took down my internet as well. Bravo to the totally worst possible service from all parts of Spectrum.

Pathetic! I tried to get a landline for my invalid father who's living in a hospice and was denied simply because of his room location! He has Spectrum cable and could easily have a landline extension attached, but these unfeeling, uncaring, reprehensible humans refused! I worked over 40 years in customer service and I never treated a person with such loathsome disrespect and utter contempt.

Very good service in store mobile forget it unorganized, very difficult to make changes or coorect issues, passed on to different workers to resolve the slightest of problems.

Came in to exchange a dead cable box. No wait, service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. Surprisingly great.
