“These guys are great. We called them after another tow company that our insurance company called said they couldn't tow our van because we needed a special 28 foot flat bed truck to tow it. We talked to Platinum and at first they didn't think they'd need anything specific, but they did take the time to understand exactly how the van was parked so they could make sure they'd be able to tow the vehicle. They ended up bringing 2 trucks -- one to lift up the back and pull out the van so they could access the front, and a flat bed to actually tow it to the dealer. We totally didn't need a special 28 foot bed for the van-- it fit perfectly on a regular flat bed truck. It did take awhile to get this all sorted out, but all in all, they took great care of us and our van and I'd highly recommend them.”
