Unbelievable customer service, I left and went to UPS. UPS printed my label and I was sent off on my way all by a friendly UPS customer service representative. The USPS lady was very rude and told me to write out my label and told me to come back when my package is ready because she stated, “there are people in line who have their packages ready so step to the side and get your package ready”. Wow.

Horribly difficult to find. Disorganized store. There is no self service machine to purchase postage so you will have to wait in a long line for a simple stamp purchase. The staff started closing at 4:45pm. Counter staff is terrific, very kind and patient.

I am not sure if I came at bad time but during my last visit to ship a package and buy some stamps there was a long line that was barely moving. Also the person working the register seemed like they were having a rough day but in this case they should provide some extra help tomove the line.

The Hispanic male clerk in this location has a very offensive attitude. Why the post office people choose to hire someone with a character lacking in manners and good service? It is careless. It is a disservice to the paying public. These clerks are not working for free. They are paid to do their job well which includes having a good attitude.

It's a good post office, hardly anyone was in there before lunch on a Friday. I don't think this one gets a lot of foot traffic either way.
You do need to walk to it, a good 200 hundred feet or so from the parking lot. It's kind of tricky if you've never been here before.
You have to walk down the long corridor, and through the open area by the fountain to get to it.

Horrible customer service. The man working told me there was absolutely no way I could ship perfume through USPS, I would have to use an alternative carrier like UPS even though the company told me to ship via USPS. I couldn't Google or argue as I had my toddler with me but I called the main USPS office and found I could in fact ship it, just via ground and not air. This man gave me false information bc he was lazy and didn't want to go the extra mile to help me.
