“It’s a mail store. How special can it be? Very special. For one particular reason that separates it from all the others I’ve used - transparency. The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. They’re also quick, efficient and extremely friendly so that’s a plus. But the aforementioned accolade is what really sold me. Well done, guys!”

“I’ve had a great experience with the UPS store here. The people are really friendly and helpful. I’ve mostly used them for printing, and the quality is always top-notch at attractive prices. They’ve created retractable banner stands, 24x36” color posters on foam core board, and 11x17” color printing. Everything is top quality. Shawn is the standout. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help out. Plus, since there are usually 2 or 3 people behind the counter, the service is quick.”

“This PostNet store gets FIVE STARS. I shipped a large box to Italy using this PostNet store. Jeff, at the store, searched to get me the best price and the fastest shipper. Unfortunately, it still cost a lot and the package ran into an issue in Italy and was sent back to PostNet after sitting in a warehouse in Italy for more than a month! When I retrieved the package at the PostNet store, Jeff checked on the reason for the return and gave me a full refund. This was great because I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. Kudos to Jeff and his PostNet on Dinah Shore in Rancho Mirage!!! They do the THE RIGHT THING for their customers.”
