The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. “I’ve had a great experience with the UPS store here. The people are really friendly and helpful. I’ve mostly used them for printing, and the quality is always top-notch at attractive prices. They’ve created retractable banner stands, 24x36” color posters on foam core board, and 11x17” color printing. Everything is top quality. Shawn is the standout. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help out. Plus, since there are usually 2 or 3 people behind the counter, the service is quick.”

“I don't shop here but I do bring Amazon packages here for return quite often. The employees would get five stars because they do as well as they can with what sometimes looks like a slim staff. On occasion, one employee has to run between the register and Amazon return station. Otherwise it's a clean, well-lit store.”

They securely packed, labeled and shipped them so efficiently and quickly I was amazed. They were exactly what I needed and so kind and professional with me and the couple of other people who came in while he was packing my things. I was so grateful for his help I suggested he help the customer who just needed to drop off a package. He did and immediately returned to complete my package. They are conveniently located and well organized and ready to help. Also loved they had the Olympics playing on their large TV so I could watch the games as they packed my items. Gold for the win!”
