“Ford F-250 Heavy Duty Diesel fixed ASAP!I was climbing the Santa Rosa Mountains for a camping trip when during a climb, my transmission fluid just started dumping on the road. My party and I attempted to inspect the transmission and it appeared that a seal had likely broke, but there was no transmission damage. I looked this shop up with my one bar of service on the mountain. I asked Carlos if he was able to help me out on my truck, he said he could and he would get it back to me ASAP. I get my truck towed off the mountain and to his shop. After an evening, we talked in the morning and he said that it appears my transmission fluid got too hot and started boiling in the lines, and my truck and a blow off valve for such a case. He told me how it works, where it is, and how to help the issue in the future. He only charged me for the new 6qts of transmission fluid. I couldn't be happier with this team! Honest, quick and extremely nice. If you're in the area, or a broke-down traveler, I would recommend anyone to try and get their car into this team.”

“Oh my gosh Eddie and Joaquin are total rock stars! My car had a terrible problem with the shocks and A-arms. It was wearing out my tires and was starting to affect the breaking mechanism. I had both right and left replaced at half the cost Ford was quoting me and Joaquin saved the old parts so that I could see how terribly eroded the rubber bushings were and how bad the old shocks were. I highly recommend these guys.”

“My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. “These guys are awesome! Had a flat tire on the way to Anaheim from Phoenix and this was the only place open nearby. They closed in about 20 minutes when I found them, but they were willing to change not just the flat tire, but the other two that were low on tread as well. They stayed open another 20 minutes past closing to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. The tires are used, but most are in good condition and their prices are fair. Definitely give this place a try!”

I purchased 3 used tires that looked brand new. The tires for my Impala are quite pricey for my broke backside so finding $160. The tire was barely used for $28. It is a great experience. There's no ups no extra no hidden disposal, handling, or vacation surcharges. The price quoted is what's paid. Highly recommend this business to people on a budget.”

“I bought tires at America's Tire about 6 years ago and I go about twice a year for a free air tire check because we have such a drastic desert weather change. Last month, a light came on indicating a tire issue so I went thinking my tire was just low - when the technician checked the air he found a nail in my front tire. I stayed and yes they repaired my tire for free!This month I received an email from America's Tire showing what my tire readings were and letting me know it's getting time for new tires. So this week, I went online to see what tires my Kia Soul 100,000 mile car should get. I was able to find the GE Radials in stock and at a reasonable price and make an appointment for the next day. I actually had to reschedule twice with no issues. I went in to a busy store and Jonathan the customer representative was great and had my car with 4 beautiful new tires ready in 45 minutes! Pros: *The online web system is one of the best I have ever used and I'm an old senior who using online for everything. The process for seeing what tires they had in stock and what tires work for my car was so easy. I was able to read the tire reviews and make an informed decision for the GE Radial with 50,000 miles - for an old car not wanting to put high priced tires on. Also, making an appointment was so easy and so many appointments available with next day. I even had to reschedule twice with no issues. Again, a great site - and they say you get out 30 minutes sooner when you make an appointment online!*First our shop in Palm Springs runs very smoothly and very organized. Outside people guide where you go for whatever your needs, the line for air check or inside to check in. *When entering there are 2 lines, one for appointments and one for walk-ins, again very organized.*Jonathan, the customer rep, checked to make sure I ordered the correct tire and told me I would be out within 45 - 60 minutes. I was so surprised because the store was very busy. Yes, another technician brought me my keys in 45 minutes with the car parked out front and ready!Cons: NONEThank you America's Tire for giving me such great service, I am very grateful.”

When it turned out the work on my car was going to take a significant amount of time, the owner immediately offered a lift back to my home. When my job was complete, I reported that I'd ride my bike over and pick up the car. The owner immediately said, "Please don't ride your bike over, it's far too hot to be riding on these streets. Let me come get you."I ask you, how long has it been since you were treated like that by the manager of a busy auto shop? I can't say enough good things about this unassuming operation. It's conveniently located on Washington Street, and there's a Carl's Junior next door in case you're going to wait. But if you have some place you need to be, the manager will see to it that you get a lift to your appointment, or back to your house. And the same assistance is offered on the return trip to pick up your newly repaired vehicle.I can't adequately describe my appreciation for the concern for my car, the concern to deliver excellent repair service, and the concern for my comfort on a blistering hot August day.
