“Wanted to give these guys a good review. The family and I were traveling from Arizona to Hollywood and there car (kia) started to overheat. It was late in the day like around 4pm we called multiple shops and no one wanted to check the car out. These guys said they could look at it, but couldn't guarantee a fix. They found small hole in radiator and said that they would stay late and get a new one installed. They ended up staying an hour and a half after closing. They were upfront and honest and totally helped out since we had tickets for universal the next day and couldn't leave it overnight. Also we were able to hang out at the attached car dealership whos staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“David over at Ramona Tire always takes great care of me and just took a nail out of my tire and checked my truck and charge me nothing. I bought tires a while ago over there and they gave me a great deal that beat everybody else and did my breaks and they've taken care of me ever since. I highly recommend Ramona Tire to everyone.”

“They did RIGHT by my son. He has a 2004 (I think) Ford F250. They rebuilt his transmission and 3k miles on the middle of nowhere Texas it broke down. The torque converter froze. They warranties it 100% and even paid to have the vehicle transported- not towed- TRANSPORTED all the way back from the outskirts of San Antonio Tx to Palm Desert. Then they rebuilt it and handed my son the keys and wished him well. They treated him just like a paying client although it was a great loss for the business. I will 100% ALWAYS bring our cars here. These are the Good guys you've been looking for.”

“My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. I'm so happy I went with them and am thankful to Yelp and the reviews for leading me to them. They've been super helpful and easy to work with as well and are of course very knowledgeable about VW's. They have my trust and I'll use them for future repairs & services.”

“Good effort, good prices. My situation was beyond what they could do for the original price quoted because of complications but they did try. There were other complications with my car engine that made it too expensive to repair my car properly. However, they took ot in at the close of business and spent several days trying to fix an unfixable problem. They put in a new water pump at no charge for labor.”
