My battery was dead, I brought a new one with me and Armando installed it for me for no charge. Any time I need transmission work, I will go back to Mike at AAMCO Cathedral City.”

“I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. “AG Auto Care – Palm Desert, CA
I brought my Nissan Rogue to AG Auto Care after the overhead console suddenly fell down—likely due to heat and poor design, as confirmed by the service department at Torre Nissan.
Both Torre Nissan and Palm Springs Nissan quoted me $350 just to replace the unit! Mind you, this is for a part that likely shouldn’t have failed in the first place.
Thankfully, AG Auto Care stepped in. They were honest, helpful, and handled the issue quickly without charging me an outrageous amount. I truly appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when the dealership wouldn’t.
Highly recommend them for anyone tired of being upsold by the dealerships. Local, reliable, and fair!”

The people at Lino's got us in the very next morning and had us back on the road before noon. “They did RIGHT by my son. He has a 2004 (I think) Ford F250. They rebuilt his transmission and 3k miles on the middle of nowhere Texas it broke down. The torque converter froze. They warranties it 100% and even paid to have the vehicle transported- not towed- TRANSPORTED all the way back from the outskirts of San Antonio Tx to Palm Desert. Then they rebuilt it and handed my son the keys and wished him well. They treated him just like a paying client although it was a great loss for the business. I will 100% ALWAYS bring our cars here. These are the Good guys you've been looking for.”
“Bravos is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever gone to. Tony and the owner are great. The mechanic team is awesome. I was recommended to go to the shop from a good friend of mine. my check engine light came on for Transmission issues. Come to find out I need a Transmission. The team was awesome in finding me a rebuilt transmission.
Plus other work I had done on my truck. just want to acknowledge the team for doing an awesome job. Great customer service communication between the customer and the workplace was a great.”
