“Just wanted to say thank you to the manager and staff here. We had a mechanical issue in our truck towing our trailer (big fuel leak) that was pretty scary and they let us park in their lot for about half a day during Coachella weekend when it was slammed while we diagnosed and repaired the issue and got back on the road. Couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating to us in a time of need. I wish more people treated strangers like that. Thank you very much.”

“I am not sure what Shell station I am reading because I use various Shell stations in Palm Springs and I also used a Shell station in San Diego recently. The Shell station that I enjoy the most is located in Palm Springs at the corner of Ramon and Gene Autry drive. The reason is there is not a cash or credit price the price that you see is either one and I like that because I always use a credit card that earns me extra miles for using the card and it's nice to not worry about paying a surcharge however other Shell stations I use are also nice it's just a matter of selecting the right amount and deciding what you want to pay shell has an agreement with fuel rewards and with Ralph's grocery stores and together I'm able to save money and also every Tuesday fuel rewards works with T-Mobile to save anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon extra so it's very impressive to be able to save money in various ways”

“Needed fuel so stopped in early this morning…other than the truck drivers NOT pulling forward after they fuel, the experience was great.Grabbed this tea and I had spare change so while I was counting it out to pay for the tea, one of the guys working threw in has change really cool of that Pilot/Flying J worker!!!Bathroom was clean, store was clean, great customer service, stop in!!Drivers please be courteous of other drivers and pull Forward-after you fuel some of us have things to do!!!”
