“I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. If I have any further issues, this is the shop I would want to give my business to . Thank you for being friendly and customer service oriented!!!”

“We called Break Master’s and Gary came right over with some new rotors and brake pads and he fixed our car very quickly and now they work perfectly, what else can I say he saved us a ton of hassle going to the big dealerships, came right to our house, was polite and courteous and did a great job. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting extra $$$ on dealerships who do the job, but pay inexperienced kids to do the job who make mistakes and make you wait for hours AND DRIVE TO THEM, when you could have a professional with decades of experience do it and for AND for cheaper. No brainer. Have faith in Gary and his crew, they do a great job ?”
“Car lost a fuel pump on the way to a DR appt. July 29. Had barely hung up with AAA and I had a call from Aarco's dispatcher. AAA gave me a two hour window. Jose was there in 30 minutes ready to hook up the car. Grateful Aarco is my AAA preferred towing company and I've been fortunate over my 15 plus years as a member to only need their services a handful of times. Never waited more than an hour. Every driver I interacted with was professional and courteous during what are sometimes stressful situations. The Coachella Valley is lucky to have Aarco Towing ready to respond in your time of need. “Mohica towing was awesome!!! I discovered on my lunch break that I had a flat tire. AAA sent out Mohica to help me replace it with the spare. Come to find out, my car unfortunately didn’t have a spare. The guy that came out was super helpful and still put air in the flat tire to see if he could hear a leak and check to see if the tire would even hold air. The tire ended up having a slow leak and was flat again by the time I got off work. AAA sent Mohica back out to pick up my car and take it home for me. The pick up was set for 5:00 and the driver was actually early :) He got my car loaded up in no time and it was delivered safe and sound. Both guys were very nice and very helpful! “What a great experience. My Porsche Macan needed a lift back to Orange County after having some mechanical issues. I called Palms to Pines towing at 9:30 am and they had a truck dispatched and my car loaded within the hour. I never expected same day service but it helped to get me out of a jam.
