“FASTSIGNS did a great job with my jobsite signs. The whole process was fast, easy, and professional. They respond quickly, have excellent communication, and offered a fair price with a very quick turnaround.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I didn’t receive a notification when the signs were completed—I had to follow up myself. Other than that small hiccup, it was a seamless and straightforward experience.
I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality signage.”

“Cameron was a fantastic Project Manager. We had a larger order, with over 40 creative files, ranging from print, laminate, Sintra and vinyl products. At my request, he watched and managed the print grid I set up and was VERY responsive to notes on the spreadsheet as well as calls and email. We had a lot of last minute changes and additions and they helped us make our deadlines. Cameron was attentive, flexible and great to work with. I have always had great luck with Alpha Graphocs across the contry and this shop withheld that standard. I will absolutely use AlphaGraphics for projects in SF!

“This is literally the last video arcade/pinball machine place in SF. While it doesn't have the exact same feel as the 90's, the options are close and I love bringing my kids there. I'm more of an arcade person and it's nice that they have one of those 100+ games in one machine. Street Fighter 2 all day everyday.”

“Brides, use Duxwell for your printing and stationery needs! I had some thick, 400 gsm specialty paper that no print shop would print on, but David was able to investigate and do a test print and perfectly printed my Save the Dates without creasing the paper. So happy with how they turned out!”

“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color.
He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”

These guys were a complete pleasure to work with; they went above and beyond all expectations; I was running into a time crunch on my cd project (due to my own bad planning) and they pulled out all the stops to get everything done and shipped out in time for me to leave for NYC and perform... Lauren in particular was amazing to work with, and really went out of her way to make sure my experience working with Mixonic was a successful one. There are not too many companies like this left-- in any area-- and to get such incredible, 'old-fashioned' customer service is worth its weight in gold... I am old enough to remember the days when this kind of customer focus was the norm in business, but its now the exception for sure... You don't realize how valuable it is until you really NEED the help! Mixonic is an excellent company, the cd's came out great, the sound quality was great, the printing was great, and the whole experience was something i haven't encountered in many years. I have no qualms highly reccomending them for whatever your needs are. And ask for Lauren-- she's awesome!! : )”
“These guys are awesome. Mac helped me and was amazing through the whole process. I needed to do a small batch printing for which they needed to cast a die. Other printing places were offended by my request and were quite rude, but Mac was awesome and said it was no problem. He even tracked down a graphic designer for me at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend. (Also, I never write reviews - they were just that good, and I felt I owed it to them.)”

“The customer service here is second to none. I needed a last minute sign for a golf tournament. I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. I don't often leave reviews but felt I needed to reward this store and it's management. Thank you again.”

They helped me print and coordinate installation for a 25 ft vinyl mural, and then to make smaller prints out of the images. Everything was done with super high quality and attention to detail. It turned out better than I could have expected due to their diligence and artful eye. Would recommend them whole heartedly.”
“Give May a RAISE PLEASE! She was so wonderful and so so helpful. I went to UPS to get my table number cards printed and they told me they don’t offer this service..pointed me to Office Depot instead and even though it was busy, May helped me and walked me through the process online of how to submit my order. Needless to say I am thankful for her because of how tough a week I’ve had feeling so overwhelmed with everything that I literally cried thanking her even though she was busy as all hell because I needed these done yesterday.

After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him.
