“As a friend/volunteer for a local non-profit's 2022 Summer Camps, I had a high-priority and urgent need to create double-sided name badges on a Friday, before the weekend arrived. The company's name ID printer had stopped working, and I needed a speedy solution. I found Fourth Street Press on Yelp and Google, appreciated that it was a local business with good reviews, and called immediately for help. Trish answered the call and listened to my specific needs, the deadline, and gave me clear instructions about the information to email to John for a same-day quote. John sent me a follow-up email within 2 hours and recommended a cost-effective solution that gave me options regarding pricing, depending on adjustments to the volume of the job. I appreciate the care Trish and John took to respond to my small, yet important, project. Thankfully, based on my communications with Fourth Street Press, I discovered a solution I hadn't seen before that allowed me to successfully complete the project myself "in house". “I had a last minute order that I was going to take to another print shop, but they weren't taking new orders so they referred me to Duxwell. David was able to accommodate my multiple asks (postcards, zines, and copies) within the same day! When I arrived to pick up my order, David greeted me with so much positive energy. I had some changes that I needed--thicker paper and lower saturation--which he quickly and happily showed me options for and made test prints for. He was also able to cut my prints to size, making tiny tweaks for me when I asked. With his expertise, I was able to get the exact result I needed for my prints! David maintained such a positive attitude throughout, even though he was staying open late for another customer on a Saturday. Because I was there for around an hour for all my various print needs, he offered me tea and a place to sit and fold some of my zines, all while being super friendly and chatting with me. After all of that, he even gave me a great deal on my prints because it was for my first craft fair, and sent me off with a bag of fortune cookies. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was some of the best customer service I've ever received! I'd highly recommend folks to support this small business. Thanks again, David!”

“I have worked with Ram Print for over 42 years. In 1981 two other women and I opened a small nonprofit that provided childcare to working families. Over the years, Ram Print grew alongside Marin Day Schools and by 2001 we had 24 preschools throughout the SF Bay Area. Rams was always our go to printer: forms, brochures, handbooks, weekly letters, parent notes, invitations, contracts- you name it, Rams did it- always correctly and on time.
