Friendly staff, very organized. I loved that we can drop off stuff and they call you back later when your estimate is ready. The only down side is that the items for sale are not sorted by size. So it’s too much work to look for your size in the middle of all the items

The collections are good decents. But compared to the originals 2nd street stores in japan. So pale in comparison also price points are way too expensive here. Lesser qualities lesser options but higher prices compared to japan counterparts. Sad dissappointed sadly
