“Man this place is boot heaven! You get hit with a smell of Leather the minute you walk in! I was one to visit “La Pacific” for my cowboy shopping but this place is HP all rolled in one store. My gf spotted some pretty unique boots right off the bat and fell in love with them. It was my first time boot shopping and Jaime was very clear with my shopping experience! Gracias Jaime! Definitely going to be a regular here! Prices are great, you get what you paid for!”

“Nice representation of the Nordstrom brand. I went for the half yearly sale and not much left. I had a great experience at the cologne bar. I tried two Tom Ford cologne's that were fantastic. I couldn't make up my mind, so the sales person offered samples for me to try. I'm still working my decision. It was nice of her to offer the option.”

“I just found out JC Penney offers free kid crafts! Took my kiddo here today, and she loved making a spring flower wreath. The craft even comes with a free coupon for shopping for today only. Too bad it was only grab-and-go, and there was no place to actually assemble the craft there. But we found a bench in the mall to sit and do our craft.”
“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”
“This location has one of best customer service person I've seen in a while. Sheila Novoll gave me EXTRA, EXTRA attention with my beautiful dress. me find the perfect dress. If you want attention to detail. Let her use her fashion gift. I would also like to mention Shina she totally helped me pick out a classy beautiful blouse I needed for another event I had to attend. Shiny went out of her way to make sure I looked fabulous for the concert. SHINA & SHEILA my go to people at this store.”
“Had a bra fitting here and I left a happy customer. Their customer service and attention to detail was excellent and their options, although a small shop, were enough. I bought 2 wired bras and 2 wire free bras. I like how their store and fitting rooms were well lit.

“Quite a big store and manage to find some cute clothing for toddlers at low prices. One star less because there's no chair at the shoes area to sit down for trying on the shoes. The checkout guy didn't offer me a bag when I bought a big box toy. You can find a good range of shoes, children books, branded toys at lowered price.”

Everyone is super friendly even when answering the phone. This store also has more colors than I have seen at other stores so it's nice to come and check out the variety. “I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”
