I brought a scratcher to redeem. Just when the cashier was about to do it, another guy came out, stopped him, and said lottery machine is not working. If you don't want to offer lottery service for customers, don't even sell those and waste people's time.

Recently, the customer service here has become really terrible. The manager looks as if he doesn’t care about anything especially when asked about accurate training for their employees. Next stop will be the better bureau individuals in DC where I have family :)
