About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Torrance operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. The experience can vary. Many customers report friendly and helpful staff who listen to concerns and work hard to resolve them, providing quick service with no hassle. Some note convenient features like having the car ready, a walking distance from hotels, and easy drop-off. Free upgrades are sometimes provided due to customer status. However, other experiences are disappointing and deceptive. Issues include not honoring confirmed reservations, forcing upgrades for additional cost, and adding unexplained charges like phony fuel fees. These problems can erode trust, though telephone customer service can sometimes help remove incorrect charges. While many find the staff nice and amazing, ensuring a pleasant on-site customer service and honoring reservation terms would improve the experience significantly.

I had forgotten some papers and Miguel was very accommodating. What would've taken an extra 30 minutes, Miguel was able to get it taken care of.
