“We picked up a van from this location for a long road trip. I had an issue with my rental during my trip that set us back an entire day. When I dropped off our rental, I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Valerie. I was really impressed with how she handled everything. She took the time to listen to my concerns, treated me with kindness and professionalism, and made the situation right. Great customer service can make all the difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling taken care of. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and would gladly rent from this location again because of the excellent service I received. Thank you!”

“A special thank you to both David and Anthony at this location working this past Saturday who helped me out of a bind. Was recommended to Enterprise by another rental agency who completely disregarded by reservation and showed me the door across the street. so I was just a walk in customer, but was very well taken care of at Enterprise. Was able to secure a rental for a reasonable price and they even made the return very easy. The car was very clean, low miles and a new model Nissan Sentra. I really liked the car and had no issues. Just very thankful to have found this location and received the best client service. I would definitely recommend and consider Enterprise for future rental needs.”

“When Hertz at LAX failed miserably (through Expedia), I was able to reserve a vehicle the next morning at Avis in Torrance and pick it up without any issues. Highly recommend. (Ron Ron assisted with rental) - thank you”

“I have officially made this Hertz location on Hawthorne Blvd my absolute go-to for car rentals! The customer service here is consistently top-tier, but a huge shoutout goes to Julio and Rafael. They went above and beyond to take care of me, making the entire pickup and drop-off process completely seamless, professional, and stress-free. On top of the phenomenal staff, the fleet here is excellent. They have a great selection of brand-new cars that are clean and in immaculate condition. If you want a smooth experience with a team that actually treats you right, look for Julio and Rafael. Highly recommended!”

“The customer service Julio provided was superb. I arrived. Julio's attention to detail is extraordinary. The service provided is the reason why I will keep renting from Hertz. The service overall, and let me say I have been to many counters, is great. Julio and the rest of the staff at Hertz Torrance Marriott Counter should be commended and recognized for the professional, courteous, and very helpful customer service. I will keep coming back to this location for my rental needs.”
