“Julio at Hertz in Torrance went above and beyond for us. He stayed late two separate times to help us figure out a complicated rental through our insurance. Most people would’ve clocked out and called it a day, but not Julio. He was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like real people instead of just another customer. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping others and takes pride in what he does. Truly one of those rare people who make a stressful situation feel easy. Would give him 10/5 stars if I could. Give this man a raise. Couldn’t recommend him more!”

“We picked up a van from this location for a long road trip. I had an issue with my rental during my trip that set us back an entire day. When I dropped off our rental, I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Valerie. I was really impressed with how she handled everything. She took the time to listen to my concerns, treated me with kindness and professionalism, and made the situation right. Great customer service can make all the difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling taken care of.
