“We recently had some damage to our car’s bumper and found this shop online.
When we contacted them, the staff was very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and provided us with a detailed estimate. We made an appointment and brought our car in for the repair.
They told us it would take anywhere from one to three days, but our car was finished in the day we brought in our car! The repair turned out perfectly, and we were very happy with the result.
We would definitely come back to this shop if we ever need repairs again. We highly recommend them and would be happy to recommend them to our friends and family!”

From the moment I contacted them, the team was professional, friendly, and very responsive. They gave me a great price that was much lower than several other quotes I received, but the quality of the work was absolutely top level.
The installation was done quickly and very professionally. Everything looks perfect — the windshield fits flawlessly, there are no strange noises, leaks, or issues at all. “Mr. Garcia replaced my Audi’s rear window after my car got vandalized in April. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. Mr. Garcia replaced it within an hour… I couldn’t believe it. He is hard working, SO kind, and he made sure I was 100% happy. “I called Reza yesterday and he scheduled a technician to come to me this morning to repair my windshield. My window cracked on Friday and it was spreading rapidly. The pricing was fair and the work was stellar. Francesco was on time and got the job done in time for me to get to work on time! My neighbor is even calling them now to switch a windshield on his BMW.

“Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." Indeed Alex did. The photos will show it. Thanks Alex and Jerry!”

“These guys are GREAT - it's a small local business owned by a father and son, and they did a FANTASTIC job! I brought in a 20+ year old car with a badly sandblasted windshield that also had chronic water leakage, probably caused by a bad previous repair. It turned out the metal frame under the windshield was rusted badly. They were able to grind off the rust, patch the frame and coat it with rust converting primer, properly install a new windshield with trim, seal it, and even touch up the factory paint! They protected the car and kept it clean the whole time. Best of all Carlos kept in touch with me every step of the way, with progress photos and fast responses to my questions over text. They really took care of me and took a lot of pride in their work. The whole thing took only a day and was very reasonably priced. 10/10, I highly recommend South Bay Auto Glass!”

It’s Christmas Eve and Joe had come over to where my car was. Amazing. He will bring the service to you. I called the day earlier and we set the date for the following day. No need to bring it into a shop and wait 2 hours to get it done. He will do it right on spot.
Efficiently took care of a stone chip I got driving across the country. I had driven from Toronto to LA. At first I tried a couple shops, but they mainly dealt with windshield replacements. The shop referred me to Joe where he had done a speedy great job and now I don’t have to worry about the windshield for my drive back. Obviously it is a preventative measure to avoid replacing a whole windshield.
Definitely would recommend!

It was still under warranty so I called the original installer who screamed at me and told me I didn't know anything.Unfortunately, I had to take him to small claims.
When I needed some documentation for the court case Chito's Mobile Glass was very helpful and gave me the info I needed. By the time the court case was said and done (I won btw) another window went out. Chitos gave me a quote but I simply couldn't afford it (I live on SSI) but I am forever grateful to the owner and his wife for all of their help. They're very kind and informative.
