“I recently had the windshield replaced on my BMW X4, and I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles. From the moment I contacted them, the team was professional, friendly, and very responsive. They gave me a great price that was much lower than several other quotes I received, but the quality of the work was absolutely top level.
The installation was done quickly and very professionally. Everything looks perfect — the windshield fits flawlessly, there are no strange noises, leaks, or issues at all. They treated my car with care and paid attention to every detail. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. “I was referred by Horace Mann insurance. A man rear ended the back of my car, I was upset and sad. Sad, because I had only purchased it a week before the incident. I called AAWC collision and Adam answered the phone and asked how could he help me? I told him who I was referred by and he assured me if he could take a look at my vehicle he would do his best to try and help. I took my car to AAWC and was introduced by Adam who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t ever recall a time where I felt so comfortable in the worst situation. “These guys are GREAT - it's a small local business owned by a father and son, and they did a FANTASTIC job! I brought in a 20+ year old car with a badly sandblasted windshield that also had chronic water leakage, probably caused by a bad previous repair. It turned out the metal frame under the windshield was rusted badly. They were able to grind off the rust, patch the frame and coat it with rust converting primer, properly install a new windshield with trim, seal it, and even touch up the factory paint! They protected the car and kept it clean the whole time. Best of all Carlos kept in touch with me every step of the way, with progress photos and fast responses to my questions over text. They really took care of me and took a lot of pride in their work. The whole thing took only a day and was very reasonably priced. 10/10, I highly recommend South Bay Auto Glass!”

It was still under warranty so I called the original installer who screamed at me and told me I didn't know anything.Unfortunately, I had to take him to small claims.
When I needed some documentation for the court case Chito's Mobile Glass was very helpful and gave me the info I needed. By the time the court case was said and done (I won btw) another window went out. Chitos gave me a quote but I simply couldn't afford it (I live on SSI) but I am forever grateful to the owner and his wife for all of their help. They're very kind and informative.
