Asian teller claimed that you cannot open an account with an itin number but it clearly states you can online.

I am a long time customer and this branch is the closest to me , Their bankers sitting at desk are slow and not welcoming , it happened to me on several occasions they will tell you “have a seat someone will be with you” this is referring the Asian heavyweight guy
