I visited this branch today for a cash withdrawal and a few other transactions. Unfortunately, the teller who assisted me was unfriendly and seemed impatient throughout the interaction. Customer service could definitely be improved. I hope future visits will provide a more welcoming experience.

Very friendly and excellent experience with getting my documents notarised free of cost. I walked in, without even having any appointment and Mr Scott Guerrero was so nice and calm person and he notarised my documents with a smile. Result I took my money out of BOA and deposited in this branch.
