“I decided to cash out 20 years of U.S. Savings Bonds from 1985-2005. Over 100 bonds. If you have ever cashed out these bonds, you know what a time consuming process it is. I called and explained my need to Richard Sanchez in the Unify office on Anza in Torrance. He gladly set up a series of appointments to process the bonds over three days so as not to take an excess amount of time from others customers on any given day.
