I was so annoyed because I had been watching my order all day and it kept saying that it was out for delivery yet, it was 8:30 pm and it had still not been delivered. I had a terrible review all written up and had given a 1 star because I was trying to call the location and they just had this automated recording on a loop and google was showing that the location had closed so I was livid! Then, just as I was going to post the review, I get a phonecall! It is the driver, informing me that she was at the door. I went to let her in and she was such a sweetheart. She also took pride in her appearance and was put together nicely. Because of the delivery driver, I added 2 extra stars! You almost lost a customer but was saved by the bell... or should I say... ring!

Terrible service!!! Placwd order asked to make sure deliver before 4pm as thats when ge leaves work it's 530 and still not delivered and office is closed!!! Left multiple messages and no responce!!!!!!

Very bad experience. So unfortunate. Paid for a birthday bundle with flowers and a birthday box with treats a day prior because the website incited / encouraged me to order now and it would be delivered the same day or the next. Which I needed them the next so no problem. I called the store after making the order to insure it will be fulfilled on time and I got no answer. Get a call this morning that their flowers are out of stock. Seriously?? How ? How does a store run out of flowers especially before Valentine's Day. I had no choose but to cancel my order or wait the next day IN HOPES they get a new shipment of flowers. Although not the lady's fault that called me to give me the news her only other option was to call another store MYSELF to arrange this fulfillment for me instead. I would hope that she would have been able to handle that on her end in the store system if she could but I don't think their system can do that. So unfortunate because now I'm out of flowers and fun treats for my significant other on their birthday gonna busy day. Should have just stuck with 1800 flowers they've never failed me. Won't be using edible arrangements again. ... TO TOP IT OFF... the lady told me the owner closes shop whenever they see fit yesterday at 5pm today at 2pm what kind of hours is that and I definitely called yesterday before 5 and got no answer.

Three times this particular store has been late with their pickups, today was the their third strike.After today, Edible Arrangements will no longer be a part of my family's and my parties or get togethers.Albeit, these were early orders ... But, then why allow a 9am pickup if you can't manage your staff before that time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order for June 4th for 1:30PM pick up. Someone called me at 1:35PM sayaing thay they can't fulfill my order. I was already on my way when I got the call. I'm very disappointed as I wasn't notified ahead of time that they can't make my order. Very unprofessional and frustrating that we expect to pick it up then it is not ready. I am so upset that this is how they do business. Zero star, more on negative star!

The cashier that took my order and money acted as if I was not in the building when I went to pick up my order. The arrangement was beautiful but customer service sucks ! I didn't feel welcomed please check your employee in the front.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! I placed my order 4/18/2023 and when it was delivered 4/19/2023 it was nothing like what I had paid for. The day that it was delivered I called the store to try to speak to someone about it. The guy that answered told me that the manager had already left for the day and that he was going to have them call me back the next day. The following day I hadn't received a phone call so I called again and spoke to a lady who I was able to send the picture of what was delivered. She told me that they used what they had in their inventory because they haven't had roses in the last two weeks almost three. She also mentioned that they could send another bouquet whenever the roses came in maybe on Monday or within a week or that they could go to another shop and buy roses and then send them. I wasn't notified of this problem when I placed my order. If they knew they were having issues with roses why not call me and let me know? I could've picked a different arrangement. I feel robbed of $123.49 and would never buy from this place again. I sent out a message through the Edible website and it was directed to the store where supposedly the manager would contact me within 48 hours and yet again I was never contacted by the manager. Very unprofessional!! To be fair I waited a week to post my review and NO contact has been made.

Today is Valentine’s Day. I called in and the lady by the name of Sabrina picked up the phone and help me with the order. I have to say she was incredible with her service very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the product an amazing individual and an employee of the place I hope every employee of edible arrangements would be like her. She’s an example to the company of quality service and assistance Thank you so much Sabrina.

This location sucks !!!Placed an online order for same day delivery. Was placed before cutoff time and was noted as a business. It says delivery to a business will happen by 5PM. So at 6:30 that night I get a phone call from someone trying to deliver and they inform me that no one is there...REALLY!?! So I am told that I can pick my order up from their store the following day. No, have someone call me as I live roughly a hour and a half away. NO call but they did actually deliver it the next day. no call to apologize, no refund for shipping charge for same day delivery. With the amount of other retailers out there you would think they would try and keep customers for future orders.

Best experience!! Most wonderful woman I ever met, not sure if she was the owner/manager or just a regular worker but she was amazing! I don't usually write reviews, this is probably my first review on an establishment. She made my entire day. I will be coming back anytime I need any goodies!

Iam very very upset ?I order an arrangement for a friend and the strawberry were so ugly and small.and the arrangement its very small for the price that I pay.iam so mad!! The customer service didn't want to help with that .don't buy with those people they are a rip off!!
