“There was a Tesla charging station nearby, so we decided to stop and have dinner. The place was lovely, and we dined outside by the pool, where it was peaceful and quiet. The food was delicious, especially the clam chowder and steak. The pasta was great too!”

“You would be able to hear some noise from the road for sure. Views are great. Service was kind of okay as I requested couple of services and I had to re ask. Mobile key was not provided and once provided it's not working too. Else location is great and it's accessible to most of the places . Walkable to restaurants and the mall. Overall a positive experience”

“Thank you to John for checking me in. John was extremely helpful and professional. He should be a manager, if he isn't already. Other staff was very friendly as well. Rooms were clean and spacious. Full refrigerator, electric stove, sink. Beds were comfortable. 10 min drive to Redondo beach pier. Plenty of food options in walking distance, 5min 7-11 on the corner. Plenty of free parking on premises, secure.”

“Very comfy beds, beautiful property. Very friendly staff and clean pool. On the night we stayed, there was a bunch of kids playing hide and seek in the courtyard and it was cool to watch kids be kids and it was a safe environment for them to do so.”

“Exceptional Hospitality from Start to Finish! I have stayed here recently and loved the upgraded suites. I had such a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Torrance! I initially stopped by simply to view the ballroom as a possible venue for an upcoming event. I did not have an appointment, but Imelda and Laura at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism and graciously allowed me to see the ballroom. Their hospitality was truly top-tier. I was so impressed by how kindly I was treated that I decided to stay and have dinner with my assistant. That’s when we met Oscar, who served our table—and he was just as wonderful! He was attentive, personable, professional, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. What began as a quick visit to look at a ballroom turned into such a positive experience because of the people. Imelda, Laura, and Oscar are wonderful representatives of hospitality and customer service. They made us feel genuinely welcomed, and that makes all the difference. Thank you for such an exceptional experience. I will absolutely keep the Holiday Inn Torrance at the top of my list for future events and visits!”

“This was our last hotel and turned out to be a 2 bed apartment with en suites! With a lounge and full kitchen. Very comfortable. There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outside fire pit with chairs, with lots of room. Great choice at breakfast. Only downside really is the place painted grey which makes it look very drab. Location is a bit far out from things. But overall very clean, spacious with good facilities.”

“Initially, we were assigned a room that had a window with no lock and the window screen was damaged/bent and was unable to be secured. We then brought our safety concerns to the nice lady at the front desk. We were ready to step out so she informed us that upon our return that she would send someone from the maintenance dept. to assess the unsecured window in our room. When we returned, she remembered us and sent the maintenance guy to our room. He was very kind too and he greed that it was unsafe, and the window could not be locked. He suggested to have another room assigned to us and that we move. After this, he went down to the front desk to handle it for us. The same lady we expressed our concerns to, earlier, arrived with new key cards and a new room. This new room was much nicer and more secured. The AC worked well and kept our room cozy and cold. It was also spacious and clean. We enjoyed the refrigerator and the microwave. The one caveat was the fridge seemed to make weird sounds in the middle of the night. The king sized bed was comfortable and the sheets/blankets/pillows were cozy too. TV worked well and they even santized and bagged the remote control for our safety. Bathroom was fairly good size with a bidet. I enjoyed the heated toilet seat especially in the middle of the night. The only complaint on the bathroom was that the tub stopper only stayed down so we had to take it off in order for the water to drain. The bathroom air vent and heater were out of order, leaving a cloud of steam each time we took a shower. In addition to everything, it was nice to have a trash bin on the hotel floor to dispose of any food items to keep them from smelling our room and an ice machine on the same floor. There was also plenty of parking in the parking spaces located on all sides of the hotel building. We heard their breakfast buffet was good. We chose to sleep in each day so we didn't partake (blame bed gravity :)). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was in a good location to several restaurants and shopping places around us. Overall, the staff were friendly and professional from the front desk, maintenance guy, and to the cleaning staff. Thank you again!!!”
