“Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.”

“This place saved my phone! I had dropped my S23 Ultra, which gave it a cracked and completely black half screen, rendering it completely unusable. I grabbed a few quotes from other locations, and this place was by far the most reasonably priced. I took it in the next day and was able to have my phone back within an hour. I am so grateful! “I have been struggling with a phone lock issue for days and consumed over 5 hours of apple and TMobile support. I went into this store, and Daysha W. Greeted me and very quickly understood what was needed. She worked with me 1.5 hours and through a painful call to apple tech support. All the while, she kept her sense of humor and smile. I also appreciated the jovial spirit in the store with other employees and customers, very comfortable. In the end, she did help get me closer to resolution. Now apple support just has to review and delay 2 or 3 days to respond. Yes, they say they literally force several days for a response. Thanks, Daysha and everyone who helped.”

“Damaris, the girl who works at this Metro PCs, is an extraordinary girl. Someone who had not been able to do it two months ago fixed my phone. She fixed it for me in a minute. “I really enjoyed this store. There was a chair next to the counter for disabled people to sit so that's nice. The lady that helped me was so nice although a bit slow but it worth it. I paid 50 dollars out the door when the other metro I went to right before this one told me 80! And they were rude. I was pretty negative when I went in and she kept telling me to be positive which I was kinda like ya well you didn't have a horrible fighting match with another metro pcs 5 min ago. Lol but I do appreciate it because it did help me to think positive by her reminding me usually I'm the one telling people to be positive so that was funny. Lmao Anyway I recommend!”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“Michiko from J. Mobile literally saved my day. Imagine being locked out of your mobile device. Now imagine the following prompt on your phone, "8th incorrect sign in attmept, ALL your data will be erased if you do not successfully sign in on the next 2 attempts." All this with your hungry 7 year old at your side. I was unable to use my google maps app to LOCATE a Verizon store, use my email, call my contacts, etc. I find MICHIKO at J. Mobile, Inc. by SHEER LUCK. Michiko called Samsung, waited for an agent for 10 minutes, got transferred to a couple other agents, then went to bat for me, someone she's never met, and did everything in her power to find answers to remedy my (extremely stressful) situation. I am truly impressed and completely grateful. Michiko was then able to power down my device (I was unable to do this after several unsuccessful attempts) and get my mobile back into FUNCTIONING MODE. Michiko deserves far more than a 5 star review. Her tireless efforts and outstanding customer service are so greatly appreciated. She is equivalent to the ideal employee and could be a fantastic customer service trainer for any company. Thank you, thank you Michiko!!”

“Omar and Amir were very helpful. I came in here to switch over to from another carrier. I initially had issues ordering the phone online. I came into this store and Omar recommended a great plan and Amir helped me with a smooth process. One of the best experiences starting a new line. “Just recently my friend and I went to this store to purchase a cord & camera lens cover. I should add it was near closing time & they did not rush us. Aris & Erik were very informative & enlighten us about other services they could help save us money. I'm also posting to correct a survey they sent through a text...I mistakenly rated my service incorrectly (1) - I wanted to correct my error. I was very very satisfied. “I have to put in a good word for these folks. They're all very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I had a very good experience working with Rick and I got the free iPhone and the free iPad and I am thrilled beyond measure. I'm a bit of a novice, but I was very impressed with the technological gyrations they had to go through. I would be stumped. I've made appointments for a couple of visits. It did take a couple of visits. First time I went in, got in pretty much right away, and we took care of some business and then I went and had some lunch and I think I came back the next day too and then I came back another day to bring my phone in and get the iPad hooked up. I also have to say that their wireless modem is the easiest thing I've ever done. It's about 32 $42 and then I think you're done with it and it's a nice white box. All you do is put in the password and boom it's working. I don't know why they got bad reviews, but I certainly have to say I am very pleased with the service”

“Fanny is AWESOME! She was very patient & professional throughout the entire nightmare I was having trying to transfer from Simple Mobile. It took several visits to solve this and to also apply & get approved for the ACP discount program.My only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the lack of clarity on the ACP results. I had to poke around on the Metro app to find out that the discount will not be applied for 1-2 billing cycles! And I can't tell if the program has been applied to my account or not, even though it was approved.Just in case, I filled out the ACP form on the Metro app for my account and got an error message to try again later. Does that mean the info is already in there or what? Do I have to process that form again on the Metro app? A day or so later, I got an email from the ACP program saying I haven't applied yet, even though approved! So back to the Metro app and this time the form went through.Another day or so later was notified from Metro that everything was set up and the discount would be applied to the next billing cycle in a few weeks. So be patient! It takes a few days or so for everything to get set up.So far, the service & connection has been great. Good thing, cuz I really don't want to go through another nightmare of switching carriers and not having cell service for MANY days! ?”

“Tire Service center has a friendly, respectful and listening staff. I don't try to tell folks how to do thier job, but I have a Rivian R1T, so I showed them the jack points and equipment and they ran with it. Made my Saturday morning tire repair and reinstallation a breeze now I have the rest of the day to do as I please. Major shoutouts to Grace and Angel who helped me. They are 5 stars each!!!”

“This store is one of my goto Targets. The store seems larger than the order stores. I usually find everything I need. Plenty of parking. There is an Ultra in this store. I needed sunscreen and Ultra had what I was looking for. Kopar is the brand I was looking for. This is a SPF 45 sunscreen. This is one of the BEST sunscreen on the market. It's pricey but your skin is worth it. You're thank me later.”
