“At this CVS there are 3 regular clerks who man the counter and hand out prescriptions and they are fine but the nice thing is that the pharmacist will also man a window when the line is long and that is appreciated.”

What a take back to the way it once was, simple, good honest people. The customer service is remarkable and so friendly. The way the store is set up reminds me of Alfa Beta the little toy section has toy soldiers and the air planes you build yourself. Again I Love this place and would recommend it to everyone especially if you want to walk down memory lane.”

The attention to detail, the professionalism, and her passion for her customer’s well-being, is really something special. I don’t live in the Torrance area, but I still rely on Southwood Pharmacy to keep me on track with my medications. They communicate with my doctors and my insurance company to make sure I get the meds I need. I also appreciate the occasional call or text from the pharmacist checking in on me and to make sure my questions are answered. Outstanding service from an outstanding pharmacist and her team!”

“Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

“Excellent customer service! One of the best model pharmacies I've ever been to. All of the staff pharmacists are very thorough, friendly, and caring to my needs financially and medically. Each of the staff members always try their best to make sure that we are adherent to our medications. Shipping: NO CHARGE!! FREE OF CHARGE. This is a complimentary service from Walgreens directly. I'm not sure what the other person review was about but I never get charged! They call me every month to confirm my address for shipping and always read me out my shipping charge. Thank you for keeping me always in good health and my pockets happy! If you have expensive medications they will do prior authorizations with insurance, patient assistance programs with manufacturers, and coupons searching for you! I've been enrolled in a couple of foundations that they found when all else fails. Don't listen to the other review, clearly made up because they don't know what they are talking about. Makes me upset as a 10 year local member here to see the staff being talked that bad. Take your medications somewhere else then if you are unhappy and a liar like that person.”

“We have been going to this particular CVS for quite some time everybody is very friendly the store is clean and stocked. The pharmacy is amazing. Sometimes it gets a little bit intense, depending what season it is. Bathrooms are available If you ask, they will take you to them. outdoor free parking and available disable parking as well as access that makes it very convenient. Comfortable easy to maneuver entrance and exciting done right. we have made many friends there over the years. We are lucky to have one nearby as well as a great team. Recognition to this CVS I think would be appropriate, especially the hard-working team in the pharmacy. They do a remarkable job as well as consulting with you regarding your medicine to keep you safe. Thank you team CVS.”
“It's usually a quick pick up, unless there is one person assisting both drive thru and in-store customers. Usually one of my meds seems to always be out but they get it within 3 days, so I plan accordingly now.”
“Good wholesale warehouse club store. It's similar to Costco but much less crowded. I also like how they label the aisles so you can find what you need. Make sure to download the Scan and Go App which makes it much easier to get what you need. They also have a good selection of clothing, while not as big as Costco's clothing selection, they have a good selection. They also have a lot more brand name items that you normally find in the grocery store in bulk quantities.”

“I have historically went to CVS Pharmacy and always dealt with long wait times and unfriendly staff who don't care about their patients. My uncle referred me to Concierge Pharmacy. They were able to get my medication extremely quick, much faster than CVS. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and will only return to this pharmacy from now on.”
