I came over for new wheels and tires and I was in the store at 8:20 a.m. and was out of the store at 9:15 a.m. so extremely impressed with that because usually when you're getting wheels and tires you're looking at two maybe three hours but since I ordered everything online it was a very quick and easy process. “I had an excellent experience with Damion at the Tire & Battery Center in the Torrance store. When the TPMS warning light came on in my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, Damion carefully inspected the entire TPMS system and explained the issue clearly.
During the TPMS replacement, one of the nuts was badly stuck. Instead of proceeding without informing me, Damion called me first to explain the situation and asked for my permission before attempting to remove it. He told me he would do his best, and he certainly did. He successfully removed the stuck nut and completed the TPMS replacement without any problems.
Damion was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, Damion, for going the extra mile! I highly recommend him to anyone needing tire or battery service.”

“Scheduled an appointment via app for headlight restoration. Arrived on time and Amber helped check my car in. Shaun was the tech who worked on my headlights. 1 hour later and my headlights look brand new.
The customer service at this department was impeccable. I can not say a bad thing about this experience. I highly recommend headlight restoration services at this location. I can only assume their other services are great, too.
