The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly. When my vehicle needed to stay over the weekend, they were able to get me into one of their loaner vehicles which was amazing. Repair & oil change took minimal amount of time and my car was ready when promised. They take photos and give honest repair advice, so no surprises and full transparency! Special shout out to Diana, who is super professional, kind & understanding. Will come back if my car needs any fixes in the future.”

“They were really nice despite having to wait 3.5 hours for an oil chg with an appt. Apparently they ran out of oil filters. It’s my first time using them. They rotate your tires as well. After I left, pretty much immediately my low tire pressure light came on. I didn’t see any nails and I knew they were prob just about ready to close.
Took my car up to my normal mail tire place the next day and one of the tires was alittle low.
I would prob use them again. I think based on the situation they prob were rushing too since I got my car done around their closing time.
They stayed professional and gave me a discount coupon to come back due to the LONG 3.5 hours of me being there”

“After years of not doing much car maintenance outside of an oil change, I came to ABC Auto Repair for an oil change and a full diagnostic. I initially thought my brakes needed to be replaced as well and was prepared to spend a pretty penny, however Jay let me know this wouldn’t be necessary for another year at least. He was thorough with explaining other maintenance / what I should prioritize / when I should expect to come back for it (ex: changing tires, getting my car aligned, etc.). He showed me a scan of my car with how misaligned my tires were and explained that aligning them would make my car last longer and bring down gas usage. He also pointed out that my lug nuts were stripped and should be replaced in case I needed to change my tires myself.
I appreciated his thoroughness, honesty, and lack of pushiness. It didn’t feel like I was pushed into services I didn’t need, instead, it felt like he wanted to educate me on how to take care of my car long-term even if I didn’t come back.
I came back recently to get my tire sensors replaced ($180 for two) and my brakes changed. He changed the sensors but informed me I still had a bit of time before my brakes needed replacement and that I should save my money.
Their prices are incredibly fair, and their service was honest and thorough. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“I just moved to L.A., the big bad city, where a hayseed like me could get walked all over.I’v got a big RV. I had an almost-flat and I thought I needed a new tire, which is over 500 bucks at Walmart. Pete's could have easily sold me a tire and I wouldn't have known any better. But it turned out that the problem was minor, they fixed it and just asked that I buy from them in the future, which I certainly will as well as recommending them to anyone that needs RV tire work, which is not easy to find. You need a special Jack and most tire places don't have them.I could barely drive on the tire and would have been stuck until the next day. Sarah Moanes at the Gardena store was my contact and she was able to fit me in before the end of the day. She was great - professional, knowledgeable and very nice. So was every tech guy I dealt with.So unexpectedly, my first business experience in the wicked city was really nice. I thank them sincerely and obviously recommend them highly to anyone looking for RV tire service.”

“I was looking for a local wheel shop to rebuild and polish a set of 3-piece wheels that I bought. Not a lot of places that will do this without charging an arm and a leg. A friend of mine referred me to this place so I stopped by. The wheels I had needed to have the faces re-polished and have the barrels and lips assembled. The faces were in pretty rough shape and one of the barrels had a crack and needed to be welded. The price was right and the work was good. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well my wheels came out! Great customer service and no hassle. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I would've liked a cleaner weld job on the inner barrel, but it's not visible to anyone but me when I lift up the car to work on it. I still would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for wheel repair or a custom polish or refinishing job.”

Yes I bought my tires from Firestone and my tires were under warranty and they were able to fix it and I just want to say thank you.
