The United States Postal Service (USPS) provides a mixed experience for customers. While some locations, such as the one on Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance, are praised for their helpful and courteous staff, others, like the one at Anza and PCH, have dealt with rude and aggressive customers. Nonetheless, the postal employees remain professional and provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. Customers at the Sepulveda location in Torrance and the passport renewal application service were also pleasantly surprised by the polite and helpful staff.
I arrived before they locked the door and both the agents said I arrived too late to process my priority mail to Australia. They were reluctant to help identify the forms needed and when they did, it was with a lot of irritation. Is this the service we can expect of our postal workers??!!! Shocking

Waited 25 mins for the worker to tell me I needed to tape the top of my box closed before he would take it. This location is severely understaffed, slow and unaccommodating. It’s no wonder people don’t use the USPS anymore, what a pain.

These employees need a serious attitude adjustment! Makes me wonder who's doing the hirering there? How many more bad reviews and complaints before they do something, it's been like this for years! Major Fail City Of Torrance USPS & Postmaster!
