“Just paid to ship something here and the process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. I’ve also used their mailbox rental and notary services before and everything is always straightforward and reliable. Super convenient since it’s right in the same plaza as my family’s restaurant, Pho Hue Oi. We love supporting local businesses like this one. Highly recommend if you need shipping or a private mailbox in Torrance!”

“Just did my fingerprinting/livescan here. Very friendly and helpful staff. The base price for the scan is $35, but the government fee adds another $32 (yay bureaucracy). Aside from the fee though, the process was quick and seamless. The Postal Annex business is inside of the Vons building, just to help people avoid mild confusion.”

-
2390 Crenshaw Boulevard Ste East, Torrance CA 90501
“Had to ship a set of 4 wheels/tires for a sale on ebay and they were very helpful in figuring out the best way to package the large, heavy items to minimize my cost. They spent time to work with me to optimize the shipment of the 4 tires by packaging some of them together and others separate to get the lowest cost possible, including finding some discounts to apply. While it was still very expensive and I would not recommend trying to ship tires in general, the folks here very friendly, helpful, and patient in giving me options and working to get what I could within UPS's cost structure.”

“We had an urgent job that we needed turned around in a day. Brad did not hesitate to help us out -promptly returning confidentiality agreements, staying late so we could deliver our documents and personally delivering them to us when the job was complete. I have not seen this level of customer service in many years. Highly recommend this business if you have bulk mailing/document sealing needs. Thanks Brad!!”

“I have used CADWest for my architectural projects now for several years. The multiple projects I had required "as built" drawings and some were very complicated indeed. They provided excellent drawings, fast responsive service and the drawings were done professionally. More than that, while in my client's homes they showed great courtesy and consideration. I highly recommend them.”

“ETC (now I guess “Baum Shipping”) is great. The owner, Dimitri, is awesome and the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 for customer service… I’ve worked with a lot of freight forwarders in the past, large and small. My favorite thing about ETC is the personalized support and consistent communication. The team really handles each case with impressive attention to detail, and the owner has decades of industry knowledge (saved me a significant amount on my last shipment). Highly recommend.”
