I come in here all the time, Sam and Soraya are the absolute best, Sam is very attentive, and Soraya is very kind. The lines are always a bit too long but the workers make up for it!

Service is poor. Many branches are closed. No notification of customers that local branches will be closed. Did not update Yelp! I had to go to 3 different branches to find one that's open.

This branch used to be the best. After some huge overhaul in Sept 2023...the usual employees are no longer there. There are usually only 1 or 2 tellers working even when the line is to the door. Some manager lady runs around asking if anyone needs help instead of actually helpingif she can help
