“I had originally come in, to purchase a drink nothing big. I am in between vehicles and homes right now, so I was limited on resources and time. However, my feet were hurting, and after purchasing some bandages that Luke had recommended, I was allowed to go in the bathroom to bandage up. Clearly in pain, both Luke in the manager Danielle saw, and asked me if I would like to sit down near the photo studio for a few minutes. Understanding that this is not ideal to have an obviously in-housed person in the line of sight of other customers, and having been a multi unit retail manager in the past myself I was very appreciated of this. Danielle had began to ask me questions, making me feel like I was not just another number in the assembly line and began l to personalize my experience at CVS by asking questions that mattered as well as added value to my visit . As I was sitting and looking at photos to print., Luke had begun to ask identifying questions regarding merchandise that this CVS location I was visitng had sold, and then began to settle in professionally make recommendations about different products. It was not too pushy or awkward, but we’re very relevant and helpful. Again, as being in sales in management, my entire life prior to unemployment, I appreciated the hustle and hunger, as well as the out-of-the-box, thinking and thought, when I re-prize my role as a multi unit manager, I am going to come hire this guy immediately ha ha. Danielle‘s leader ship and kindness, coupled with Luke’s, professionalism and talent made not only my visit to the CVS , a great one, but turned an upside down day into a positive very quickly and left an impression they will stay with me for life. Thank you guys and girls, CVS leader ship, you have two phenomenal employees that are keepers for sure, and I anticipate will be in your roles in no time. Thank you again, God bless.”

“I used to work up the road from the 7 Oaks General Store and we would get sandwiches from the deli. That was 20 years ago. Went yesterday and had my favorite hot pastrami and it was not disappointing. Little less meat than the old days but then with the way things are today I understand why. Still an outstanding sandwich!”
“My favorite local liquor store! Alex and his family are the best. They're so friendly and I always look forward to talking to them when I'm there. I usually leave with a smile because they're also hilarious. Incredible selection of beer, wine and liquor (and they carry my favorite beef jerky++) and if they don't have something you want, you can usually request it and they'll stock it. They're always happy to make recommendations too. Good people!”

I have been going there for over 20 years, and never received a single disappointing wash. All of their work has been professional and extraordinarily detailed. “I needed a place to fill 4 propane tanks and saw this Chevron location with the propane filling service. Went there and had the tanks filled and couldn't have had a better experience. Very friendly, quick, and no minimum full charge on individual tanks. They simply line them up, fill them, and charge for an overall fill volume. Thank you for the great service.”

“How much can one expect from a gas station ? For the most part, people (Yelpers) are obnoxious to say the least. The amount of stars and Yelp ratings mean less than nothing. I'm in here almost everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. Gasoline, diesel, propane and various other things. This is the best location to meet internet douchebags when making a sale also. NEVER give out your home address to internet flakes. People are hilarious with how they nitpick and search for things to whine about. Lady (Marla) complains of a homeless person, when she could have pulled around to another pump. Instead she has the energy to jump online and bash Maggie's 76. Then there's Josh who couldn't be more wrong in saying prices are too high. Tell me Josh, what kind of "Vibe" should a gas station have? This morning, 76 Diesel was $5.05 and Chevron was $5.29 Richard's review is priceless, complains about .20 cents, then again over .30 but again has the energy to jump online and bash the establishment. Yelpers are Absolutely pathetic. Michell is especially cute with her "Racist" accusation, because whitey doesn't even work here, lol Reasons why I come here, 76 is Top Tier fuel. It's the closest gas station to where I work, all the people who work here are extremely nice, hard working and friendly, especially the new girl Maria. She's always polite, knows how everything works. When there's a long line of customers, she doesn't lose her cool and lights up the place when she's there. Biggest problem I've ever had was needing propane and them not having any. So I had to go up near Target”

“Had a tire go flat on me while driving and this Chevron was immediately off the exit. The mechanic on duty, Joe, was amazingly helpful and had the tire off and patched, with me on my way inside of 20 minutes. This was during a high traffic time of day as well. Rare to find this level of customer service ANYWHERE nowadays. Very much appreciated.”
“There is finally a fast and convenient option in the Serrano/Trabuco neighborhood. This neighborhood liquor store has been curiously dormant for well over a year which makes little sense as the closet form of competition is the Chevron across the street which only sells fizzy yellow domestic Beer and a handful of Craft, notably Stone and Ballast Point. The closest apples to apples competition would be Ralph's which is 2 miles to the south.The interior got a refresh and everything is sparkling and brand new. Glass cased refrigerators line the perimeter loaded with Soda, Craft Beer, Domestic & Importer Beers, sparkling Wine, Champagne, ad well as some basic grocery items and freezer goods. They also offer tobacco products and lottery. The isles are loaded with dry goods and a massive selection of spirits.The register attendant seemed friendly enough and the lines moved expeditiously although they do not tag the items with prices - or at very least haven't yet - which usually means you can expect a healthy convenience mark up. More options are always appreciated. Hopefully Lake Forest Liquor is thrives for years to come. Cheers.”

“This Chevron is amazing. Very well laid out, good signage. Came today and did gas and a car wash. Follow the sign for gas/car wash and stop by the pump. The guys will pump your gas first then give you the car wash slip to pay inside. Very friendly cashier and well stocked drinks/snacks. There are plenty of chairs in the shade facing the car area so you can keep an eye on when your car is finished. It's a drive through car wash and then they hand vacuum, clean inside, wipe the outside and tires. I got the Super which was $34.99. El Dorado Hand Carwash”

“love stopping by here on the way to get my day started. Lisa does a great job keeping things looking great. I had a chance to watch training of new hire and all points were being hit. Suggestive selling as its called, was really suggestive informing and done in a non pushy manner. Today was get a free item day and I got the mini-tacos. and boyo was I surprised at how good the salsa tasted. not just for a gas station but comparable to some other places too. Now to figure out the brand to get some for the house.Thanks for having such a clean and friendly place to start a day.”

“The gas turned out to be everywhere that price but Costco 10 to 20 cents cheaper. Anyway it’s cleaner than all of the circle k’s I’ve been too has some cheap stuff sells creamer and milk for half the price at a grocery store still the same good quality. They have sodas that are super cheap for huge sizes and frosters for a similar price”

“The remodel of this 7-Eleven is amazing and they did a great job with all the lighting. They actually include hard alcohol now too so the owner stepped it up and got the license for it; Ever since this newer younger owner came to this location, I have noticed enhancements in that this place is a lot more hip, modernized, and seems to be a lot more active than before. I've been coming here for 18 years. I think the owner did a great job and he's also very nice and friendly as well which makes it more appealing to attend to when I have a need for some quick foods. I have literally avoided some places due to their hospitality or tonality being very unappealing but this 711 is legit!”

“This is the best 7/11 by far. Every year I come here for bring your own cup day and free slurpees on 7/11. This is the only location that consistently participates on both those events. The staff is always friendly and even smile when they see the random "cups" my friends and I brought. I will continue to support this location because it's such a blast stopping by every time!”
