“I experienced the best service with Khushma. She got my account set up same day as I called.I was in a hurry to get my account going. She fit me in within two hours. Everything went really smooth. She didn't rush me. She was very patient and explained everything really good. She helped me out so much. I got a credit card and I am very happy with the decision I made. she is very intelligent. I will definitely be switching all of my bank accounts to us bank here. the customer service you get here is amazing,then what I was getting at Wells Fargo. I used to have to wait in line for 20 minutes and I would get hurried at Wells Fargo, and when I set up a appointment sometimes it would take a week. Big difference come into this bank. Everyone is very nice. They take care of you and do not rush you and make sure you are happy with the decisions you make I also like how they went over my information and had me verify everything to make sure everything was correct I highly recommend Khushma! “I absolutely love this branch. I recently was looking to open another line of credit and didn't know were to look. So I choose 3 local big name banks in Wells, Case, BofA. The first two listed I had a horrible experience and one of them even profiled me and didn't think I'd be approved and this was before we even sat down. Little did the Case banker know I went on down the street to Bank of America with my 822 fico score and was approved. This process was very fast and easy. I was greeted by every employee that crossed my path and I was even introduced to the branch manager. I had my one year old with me who was getting restless and the staff was so nice to allow me to walk around with here and then continue once's my daughter let some of her energy out. Banking isn't always about the best rate or who has what deal because your going to bank regardless, to me it's always about customer service and the relationship built.
