“Five stars for the employees and the credit union itself!!! Golden 1 really is the best. The one ATM on the other hand needs to be replaced and another one added asap. At least ten times in the last two years I go all the way over there and it’s not working. Drives me crazy. I am aware the ATM is not necessarily golden 1’s fault. I’m pretty sure it’s a separate entity.”

“I experienced the best service with Khushma. She got my account set up same day as I called.I was in a hurry to get my account going. She fit me in within two hours. Everything went really smooth. She didn't rush me. She was very patient and explained everything really good. She helped me out so much. I got a credit card and I am very happy with the decision I made. she is very intelligent. I will definitely be switching all of my bank accounts to us bank here. the customer service you get here is amazing,then what I was getting at Wells Fargo. I used to have to wait in line for 20 minutes and I would get hurried at Wells Fargo, and when I set up a appointment sometimes it would take a week. Big difference come into this bank. Everyone is very nice. As I walked in a really nice lady named Suzanne walked over to me and asked me what I needed to do. I explained my situtation and she said please give me 5 minutes and I will be with you.
