We wanted to make sure that we found a place that wouldn't have issues matching the paint so we called our local dealer and they quickly recommended Tracy Collision, and we are very happy they did. Okay so boom I have a Nissan Z and my driver side door wouldn’t open from the outside OR INSIDE. Y’all I had been riding around Tracy looking crazy having to jump out the passenger side for the last few weeks because this the only car I have to get around?. I pulled up to this shop with a look of desperation asking how can I get this issue solved, and they took care of ya girl! They helped me find the right part to order online, once I received the parts I came right back here and it’s funny he remembered me because he was like “hey you’re the girl who has to jump out the passenger side right? Don’t worry we’ll fix it” haha and they did just that! I’m so thankful for them. Now I can drive around like a normal human being again. lmao Y’all definitely earned a forever customer.☺️☺️ I already told my dad about this place to get his ‘67 mustang painted and fixed up here too.

“Got into an accident & Towers auto body was able to connect with my insurance and get started on the job immediately. They had to replace my whole rear door & fix some under panels & got it done in a week in a half. They did an amazing job with everything, the paint, the job , & even the customer service was amazing. The owners name is Jose & he’s a really cool guy that gets the job done. I definitely recommend going to towers auto body they are deep in tracy but definitely worth the work and money.”

“I was patiently waited for my car to get repaired and when it was the time to pick it up I noticed that the color where they painted wasn’t really the right color and it was darker shade and very noticeable. Quite disappointing. Although Carl promised that he will take care of my car until tomorrow but still it’s time consuming and hard to go back and forth with the rental car. Wish they can inspect the car before they call you that it’s ready for pickup. Over all the customer service is very good.”

“Open late and two hard working helpful guys working there. Store was clean and bright and parking was easy. Open late all the way till 9pm. Not only that but the guys working there don't close 5 or 10 minutes early as I've encountered elsewhere. I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.”

“5 stars for Tracy Ford's service department! I didn't buy my vehicle here, so can't comment on that but Sunny in the service department took care of all of my concerns. He even found a couple issues that I hadn't noticed yet. All of the work was covered under my Ford extended warranty. I have dealt with a few Ford dealers in the past and there are some that almost seem like they don't want to perform warranty work. Not an issue here. Sunny and the team at Tracy Ford went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop with how the repairs were coming along. I found my new go-to Ford dealer.”

“Purchased a new car this week and had a great buying experience with Anna Alvarez. She had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived and demonstrated many features including the autohold . She also answered many questions we had. She emphasized the Mazda Connect software a little too much. I'll be using the Apple CarPlay feature and don't plan on paying for Mazda Connect.
She offered the extended warranty and service contract but promptly removed them from the quote.
We were done with the purchase within 3 hours and drove home with an immaculate vehicle at a good price.
