I dropped it off maybe 30 minutes after the damage happened and he had it completely fixed by the next business day. I will definitely come back. They were trustworthy and gave me a really good price. The quality of work is definitely there.”

“Myself and my family have gone to Finish Line Collision a handful of times over the years and will continue to do so in the future if needed. Juan and Miguel were so helpful and communicative during the process. They also helped me save money where I could while maintaining the integrity of the service. They don't rush but they get the job done on time and it's done well. This last service was for my 2024 Mazda cx30 that got t-boned on the drivers side. They had to fix the body and paint. I was really worried they wouldn't be able to fix it all but they did and in the finished product you could not tell there had been an accident. “Fixall has amazing and honest staff! They worked very hard to match my paint color. My car has a one of a kind custom paint job from the factory so you won't be able to call the dealership or see a paint code on the sticker. It comprises of a black base that has color metallic shifts of purple, green and gold. After working with the painter mixing so many test cards to see what would match best we came to an agreement of which we thought was the best one. Simply using their fancy computer to figure out the paint to match was not enough. Glad they were transparent with their findings and made sure I was happy with the end result.”

Brian handled all communication and coordination, and from my first message on Yelp, everything was clear and transparent. He broke down pricing and parts in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Before I even came into the shop, Brian was already helping me over text when my car had trouble starting. Instead of pushing a sale, he suggested trying a battery tender first. That said a lot.
By profession, I’m a doctor in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Most people don’t fully understand what’s happening in their own bodies, which is why transparency and patience are essential when working with patients. I shared this with Brian, and he said he approaches his work the same way. That philosophy resonated with me.
The team in the back handled the work—wheel balancing, an oil change, and a battery replacement—and Brian coordinated everything smoothly, even applying a discount.
