“Purchased a new car this week and had a great buying experience with Anna Alvarez. She had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived and demonstrated many features including the autohold . She also answered many questions we had. She emphasized the Mazda Connect software a little too much. I'll be using the Apple CarPlay feature and don't plan on paying for Mazda Connect.
She offered the extended warranty and service contract but promptly removed them from the quote.
We were done with the purchase within 3 hours and drove home with an immaculate vehicle at a good price.

“Bottom line up front, there is no comparison between GateKeeper Off-Road and the big chain shops that only know how to throw stock parts at a problem. The folks at GateKeeper have the knowledge and fabrication skills to take on a complex job, come up with a workable plan, and follow through on it with great communication along the way. I would highly recommend this shop for any custom suspension related work. GateKeeper sorted out the front suspension on my ambulance camper van with some custom front springs. The change in stance of my vehicle felt immediately obvious having the vehicle leveled out correctly. The ride quality was dramatically improved. While not overly stiff, the front suspension just feels right - especially under braking and when going around an off-camber downhill turn. GateKeeper was able to take a vehicle that felt pretty sketchy at times and make it a pleasure to drive. So thank you Jacob and everyone at GateKeeper Off-Road for your help and great work. I'll be back next time I need a suspension sorted out, and I will gladly recommend your outstanding shop!”

Okay so boom I have a Nissan Z and my driver side door wouldn’t open from the outside OR INSIDE. Y’all I had been riding around Tracy looking crazy having to jump out the passenger side for the last few weeks because this the only car I have to get around?. I pulled up to this shop with a look of desperation asking how can I get this issue solved, and they took care of ya girl! They helped me find the right part to order online, once I received the parts I came right back here and it’s funny he remembered me because he was like “hey you’re the girl who has to jump out the passenger side right? Don’t worry we’ll fix it” haha and they did just that! I’m so thankful for them. Now I can drive around like a normal human being again. lmao Y’all definitely earned a forever customer.☺️☺️ I already told my dad about this place to get his ‘67 mustang painted and fixed up here too.

“My car suddenly started having trouble accelerating on my long drive from Socal to Norcal and I was so lucky to have this happen where I could pull off the highway and in here. Even though it was Saturday at 5pm and they were very busy, they took me in. They stayed hours late for me and were so diligent at figuring out and testing to find the well-hidden problem in my old car and then they fixed it same night! Even though I was very much in a bind and they could have charged anything, they gave me a more than fair price and I was able to finish my drive that night. They are lovely people and they do everything they can for you. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: Steering/Suspension”

“Took my 2009 Escape in when the check engine light came on. My brother had told me I needed new spark plugs. Dan asked me if I wanted to just go by what my brother said or do a diagnosis. I opted for the diagnosis and am very glad I did. One of my injectors was bad. Total cost for one injector and 6 plugs was a LOT cheaper than other shops and they communicated with both my brother and me as to the progress of the job. Save yourself grief, go here first!”
