I came to PNC bank to open a credit card account. I had very little knowledge of credit but ms.Itzel’s incredible customer service made it very simple. She explained everything in such great detail making it super easy to understand. 10/10 experience if you decide to go PNC I recommend you ask for Ms.Itzel
