Chase is a Joke, I arrived at 4:30pm didn't receive a hello or welcome until 4:45pm I was turned away because apparently it takes 60 minutes to open a checking account and I needed to make an appointment! If this is how they customers I'll take my business elsewhere

Place is a joke. They were absolutely lazy and no help. The manager or whatever she is was rude and dismissive. You'll get more knowledgeable responses by calling the "1 800" and talking to someone in a foreign country.
