“I cannot recommend Mr. Aini at Z Computer Pro enough! I brought my PC in because I was struggling to get it to work with a new GPU I had purchased. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Aini was incredibly knowledgeable—he had a strong hunch about what the issue was immediately. Throughout the process, he kept me fully updated on every step he was taking. His turnaround time was remarkably fast; if I hadn’t forgotten to bring the cord for my new GPU, he would have had everything finished in under four hours. Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Aini is a genuinely great person who is easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was how kind he was to my daughter. He found a toy for her to play with while we spoke, and she actually wanted to come back the next day just to say hi because he was so nice to her. If I could give him six stars, I absolutely would. “I Purchased everything online and made an appointment for installation. I showed up this morning quite early waiting for them to open. I got there and they said I had no appointment in the system. However, the two guys that were doing the installation were able to accommodate me anyways and get me in. It only took them a couple hours to install everything. All I have to say is I am one happy customer. I will continue to go back for any future needs.”
