“Aga the T-Mobile was very helpful, he went above & beyond to help with the complicated processe of unlocking my phones sim. He’s friendly, knowledgeable & awesome.”
“Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!”

“I Purchased everything online and made an appointment for installation. I showed up this morning quite early waiting for them to open. I got there and they said I had no appointment in the system. However, the two guys that were doing the installation were able to accommodate me anyways and get me in. It only took them a couple hours to install everything. All I have to say is I am one happy customer. I will continue to go back for any future needs.”

“This 7-11 is above average in cleanliness, and the store is stocked and merchandised amazingly. But the customer service is not very great, I have had 3 separate associates Arque with me, and since in the nicest person with high patience, I just said never m8nd and walked out. They were so lucky I wasn't a secret shopper!”
