“I needed to replace the cd player in my 2010 Toyota camry hybrid. Paul and his staff were terrific. I wound up getting a jvc system that enabled the blue tooth on my phone so I now have hands free technology and a USB port which I didn't have. It all works perfectly and I'm a happy camper. Pricing was excellent and if I ever have further needs, this is the only place I would go to.”

“Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!”

“We had Geek Squad from Best Buy in Tracy CA come install TV wall mount. Our Geek Squad Agent Jay and Geek Squad Leader Dan did an amazing job at installing our 75" Hisense above our fireplace. They were very experienced and efficient at installing TV wall mounts. Installation did not take long and they even programmed our new TV. If you are looking for great service and value ask for Jay and Dan at Best Buy's Geek Squad in Tracy, CA.”

“I Purchased everything online and made an appointment for installation. I showed up this morning quite early waiting for them to open. I got there and they said I had no appointment in the system. However, the two guys that were doing the installation were able to accommodate me anyways and get me in. It only took them a couple hours to install everything. All I have to say is I am one happy customer. I will continue to go back for any future needs.”

“This 7-11 is above average in cleanliness, and the store is stocked and merchandised amazingly. But the customer service is not very great, I have had 3 separate associates Arque with me, and since in the nicest person with high patience, I just said never m8nd and walked out. They were so lucky I wasn't a secret shopper!”

“Had the great experience of meeting “Jesus”, my new TMobile representative… and just switched from Xfinity Mobile. Jesus took most of his shift assisting me in bringing 4 lines over, porting 4 numbers and purchasing a new phone. He was very patient with my tons of questions, and was very professional. He helped me with all the promotions to make sure I received everything available to a new customer. Jesus showed me that he truly cared about his customers and his work product. “Just to make it clear, this review is for the store in general and NOT the pharmacy. After reading other reviews, seems like the pharmacy at this location can use some changes.I've been to this location several times when I'm in the area. I've honestly have not had a problem shopping here at least 10 times in the past 5 months. The shelves always seem stocked, the "on sale / promotional" items are usually tagged. There's always a clerk at the register in case you dont want to deal with the self check station. Store seems well organized and it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. There's also plenty of room between the isles so even when it's busy, it doesnt seem that crowded.Outside of the store, the area and parking lot seem safe.Only problem I see is that they're closed by 10pm. Which sucks if you're planning on going on a last minute alcohol run. Where I'm from, there's a CVS that's open 24 hours that's about 2 miles from where I live & I'm usually hitting it up around midnight or 1am for 1 last beer run.”
