He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. The store manager, William also stepped in with helpful advice while Brandon was with another customer. “I had a great experience with Tyron, the sales manager, I walked in and told him what kind of mattress I needed. He walked me through all the mattresses that are best for side and back sleepers and within 30 minutes I was out of the store with a nice mattress. The mattress was to be delivered next day, however I wasn’t available, so it got delivered the day after. I also had bought an adjustable base, the delivery team did not bring the correct base, but was courteous to call the store to notify that I wasn’t satisfied with the base. I also called Ty and he was willing to help; said he would call other stores and let me know. I’m waiting on the call but I’m sure he will call. The mattress is medium firm, I haven’t slept on it for more than a month but I’m liking it so far. Will come back for another review if things change.”

“Great place to shop. This Target store has a bit of a different set up that makes you want to look around and shop. Very clean and bright inside. Bathrooms are very clean and nice as well. There is also a baby changing table in the woman's bathroom. This Target is a Big one!! Very nice experience each time I visit.”

“Ordered a bed frame on Crate and Barrel website and selected a date to pick up. The warehouse has weekend and weekday appointments; weekends were booked for 1+ month out so I chose a weekday pickup. Received call the day before with reminder of pick up appointment.

The warehouse is located in an office park district in Tracy, a few minutes from Hwy 205. When you arrive, follow the signs for customer pickup. The pickup is a big sliding steel door on side of building. Press the buzzer and someone will come out to meet you. It took less than a minute for someone to respond. We gave them the last four digits of our order number and they came back with the packages.

I had been notified of the open hours of the warehouse (6am-1pm) but I wasn’t aware the staff take breaks and lunch where pickup is not possible (see photo). Fortunately, we didn’t arrive during those times but be aware of these breaks so you don’t end up waiting extra.”
