“My car suddenly started having trouble accelerating on my long drive from Socal to Norcal and I was so lucky to have this happen where I could pull off the highway and in here. Even though it was Saturday at 5pm and they were very busy, they took me in. They stayed hours late for me and were so diligent at figuring out and testing to find the well-hidden problem in my old car and then they fixed it same night! Even though I was very much in a bind and they could have charged anything, they gave me a more than fair price and I was able to finish my drive that night. They are lovely people and they do everything they can for you. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: Steering/Suspension”
“I recently took my car in for a brake job and and oil change. Sonny was awesome during this whole process! I work right across the street from the shop so it is very convenient. They did an excellent job and called me right after everything was finished. I will definitely be back and will be taking my other car in for services as well. “After the pandemic I went back to get service for my Tahoe which I had always been taking it since new , but I had horrible experience with the service crew, they were very rude not only that but made me feel like they didn’t want to help me, I didn’t go back , but I was very disappointed and on the octuber 25 I had to take my car for oil change I went to the same place just to see if I could trust them again great service and I will stay with them I saw new technicians they were professional and very friendly I will go back the lady at the shop is the only one that I remember from long time ago don’t know her name but I remember her.”

“Cars alternator went out on my way to work, stuck on the Altamont (Daughter says the Altamont is a car killer) no lie, AAA driver (Eric) recommended the shop extremely impressed with the service and got my wheels back before 2pm. Found a new mechanic”
“If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. Any time I need body or mechanical work done I will go to these guys and will forever recommend them.Services: Transmission”

I had an exceptional experience at the Walmart Auto Center in Tracy, CA, thanks to the new service manager, Eric. In all my years of visiting auto centers, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
Eric’s customer service is truly top-notch. He is not only professional and courteous, but also incredibly understanding and approachable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the process. His communication skills are excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about both his customers and his team.
It’s refreshing to see someone in this role who brings such a positive attitude and strong leadership. Eric sets a great example, and it really shows in the overall environment of the service center.
