I've been to other places locally where I've been quoted for services that I didn't need, and United Auto Repair has proven time and time again to be honest in their approach to diagnosing and fixing issues as well as fair in their pricing. I like that they also take the time to explain the options, as well as provide some insight on the repairs needed. I asked the owner about bringing in an older truck that was sitting in my driveway, and he gave me some advice on what to do before bringing it in so that I don't cause additional damage. It can be very difficult to find a good mechanic that you trust with your vehicles. I would absolutely recommend United Auto Repair and will continue to bring my vehicles here.”

“Cyan helped us and he was very helpful and did a great job. He always went above and beyond and was the first mechanic to actually ever inspect the car. He checked everything from lights to additional fluids. I know other places are supposed to do that but they never do due to lazy employees. This is my first time seeing them actually check other areas of my car. He even checked tires and literally did a complete inspection !! If I came back it would only be because of him! I literally wouldn't want anyone else to help me. He is spectacular. We came here in accident and glad he helped me out. Never had an experience like this. Way better than jiffy lube !!!!”

“There's a reason why my family and I have been going to Morgan for years. Their customer service is amazing! My car needed a few parts that they didn't have which meant that they would need to keep my car until the next day. I was a little concerned because I really needed my car for work. But here comes Kourtney to the rescue! She was able to get me a rental car immediately after getting the news about my car. I was already stressed out about other things but Kourtney was such a big help in communicating everything to me and assured me that it would be finished the next day. The only complaint is that my car was left dirty and greasy on the inside but I will return for regular maintenance. Thank you guys!”

“I took my 2012 Honda CRV in for an oil change which was 10,000 miles past when it should have been done and Juan, the Assistant Manager, went way above and beyond his duties when he saw that the pan on the bottom of my engine area was loose and some clips had broken off. He fixed it and did not charge me, and it could have fallen off and possibly hit a car if he hadn't attached the missing clips. He is such a sweet and caring person for taking the time to fix it for me.The Zoom car wash with their business also did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my car. I live 5 hours north of Stockton but visit my daughter who lives here 5 or 6 times a year and will do all of my oil top offs and changes here, along with the full service Zoom car wash.”

“I used to go here a lot. Then the service went down and I stopped going. It's probably been 3 or 4 years since I was there. I decided to give them another chance today. The kid that helped me was amazing. I told him it had been awhile, so he set out to win back my business. He vacuumed the floors of my car himself. I don't think the carpet has ever been that clean! I wish I would have paid better attention to his name so I could let corporate know what a Jewel they have. He definitely needs to be promoted, or at the very least, he needs a raise!”

“What I thought would end up being a total loss, turned out to be a total upgrade! Ive owned my 2018 Rogue for 5 years and sadly had to give her up due to transmission issues. I loved my Rogue so I am truly appreciative to the staff for making my day. I was greeted and made to feel comfortable and heard by salesman, Hector. He was joined by Ali, and together they walked me through the entire trade-in process and I left with a brand new 2023 Altima.
