“I've been to many tire shops and garages in Tracy and this is my experience from my first visit here. I went in for a replacement of a broken wheel stud and they fixed it in under half hour with a great price! Much less than any other garage has quoted me. So much that I had to double check. I'm not going to name and shame other shops/garages here but I knew they were trying to rip me off from the get go to the tune of hundreds of dollars more than the average cost.
The employees I dealt with were very professional (front desk lady, and two employees that checked the car in/out - I am not good with names so I can't recall). They explained everything with great patience. Their etiquette was top notch and the place was very tidy and well organized. There is lot of space to work while you wait as well. Would definitely go back in the future and would recommend anyone to try them.”
“Needed my tire fixed/replaced so took our company van here. Walked into office and was helped within 3 minutes due to the busyness of the business. Young man who helped, very polite. We waited maybe about 7-10minutes and they started on our tire. Tire needed patch up but we expected the worst. Honest service and affordable. Grateful for this business and definitely recommend them to anyone needing tires. They also offer other services as well. It took all of 10 minutes for the work done on our business van. “I have to say, I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for the Costco tire center. My cat was past due for some new tires... and when I seen the rain in this weeks forecast I knew it was time. Called same day and they were able to fit us in. The gentleman at the counter made sure we understood the differences , Pros and Cons of the different options. We ended up selecting the highest end Michelin tire they had in stock. The exact tires I have would've been a 10 day wait for them to get them in and at this point in my life, I just need to get things done when I have the opportunity. They called about 4 hours later and let us know the car was ready for pick up. Costco uses nitrogen to fill tires instead of compressed air which retains better tire pressure overtime. They also offer an extensive Costco warranty and lifetime maintenance. Their maintenance package includes new valve stems with each service, inflation, rotations, balancing and repairs. To top the experience off I felt like we got a great deal. Not only are the Costco tires competitively priced (and they were on sale) but I was able to use 2 years of executive membership rewards that I always forget to use... and apply them to the purchase! Got them $250 cheaper! Score!”
“Amazing customer service! I got flagged down on my way to work at 9:30 am because someone noticed my tire was really low, I went to this place because it was the nearest tire shop, and the man aired up my tire and told me it would probably need a patch. I asked if he would be able to do it then since I have a long commute, and he did it right then, at a really good price too!! Plus he had me in and out in under 20 minutes so I wasn't too late for work either! Very understanding and accommodating staff, I'm so thankful for the help!!!! Someone buy the man a coffee or something!”

“If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. Any time I need body or mechanical work done I will go to these guys and will forever recommend them.Services: Transmission”
