America's Tire in northwest Tracy, California, is a tire store and rim shop offering service and prices on tires and wheels. The store helps customers find new tires or rims for a car, SUV, or truck, and provides services like tire installation, rotation, balancing, free flat repair, and air pressure checks. It stocks popular brands and can order and install any combination. Reviews note that service can be quick, with one customer reporting a tire replacement and alignment took about one hour and another a simple tire rotation completed in 30 minutes. Employees are often described as kind, friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, and providing great customer service. The team is noted for answering questions and making the process easy. However, experiences with wait times can fluctuate, described as a gamble from quick to taking forever. One customer waited 40 minutes for an air check. While the mechanics and front desk receive praise, some interactions with other staff have negatively impacted experiences. Issues cited include a defensive and offended attitude from an assistant manager during a service concern and an insulted tone from an employee alongside a failure to return a customer's custom valve stem caps after installation. Despite these service inconsistencies, the tires purchased are reported to work fine and be decently priced.
I feel you're guaranteed to get a professional staff and crew on every visit. Online appointment booking is convenient, and they have ample service technicians to ensure your vehicle is serviced efficiently. America's Tires, hooray!
