“Called them stock with an extremely flat tire of i580. He came within 20 minutes and helped make sure I had a tire shop lined up and ready. Friendly driver, great service.”
“My friend and I were stranded 10 minutes south of Los Banos on I-5 North, and titan came to get us off the roadside much faster than I could’ve hoped for. It was a very hot day and we were stuck on a dangerous shoulder. I was starting to get very worried, but we were soon picked up by the nicest man who made the extremely unpleasant experience much more bearable. He ran a diagnostic on my car as well so I would know more before I handed my car off to an auto repair. Smooth drive back to the shop, and we were given all the information on repair shops and motels to make planning swift and easy. He drove us to the motel, and drove the car to the repair shop in the morning at no extra charge. Overall I was very happy and fortunate to have had titan nearby in my predicament. Highly recommend!”

“I had my car towed today from my apartment building to the muffler shop because someone stole my catalytic converter. I wish I got the name of the driver because he was super cool, very friendly and helpful. He made me feel safe and comfortable. I would call them again!”
“A couple of days ago my MDX auto security system melted down in the Home Depot parking lot in Watz. I think it was Steve that showed up. He ended up calling another AAA truck with a needed part. He worked on my car for about 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and respectful about the situation I was in at the time. The horn was screaming and I could not unlock the car. How to make friends in a parking lot!! I was very impressed with how Steve problem solved the issue with the goal of getting me home safely. He calmly went over the alternatives...none of which were very attractive. I have ordered new parts and cannot use my security system (MDX) until it is repaired, but I got home safely....Huge thanks to Steve and AAA one of my favorite service organizations...just another example of consistently providing excellent service to the community.... “Great service! I had a Woman crash into me in a parking lot and rendered my car un-drivable. My insurance provided this company to tow my Camaro to the collision center and it was such an easy, stress free service. The driver, who's name completely escapes my brain, arrived well within the estimated time, was friendly, knowledgeable (he pointed out the issue almost immediately) and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. Top notch!”
